"Loved our stay here! Great and spacious resort. The view from the room was nice. Also loved the design of the building and how it all connects together. The fish tank area in lobby is wonderful. All staff were incredibly nice!"

"The main reason i picked this location to stay was to experience the spa. Found out when i arrived it was permanently close. Also I paid they put a hold of $150+ my tax. $226.68. which was told i would recieve $150. but when i chevked out i was charged an additional $76.68 for the tax. Therer was no one to check uou out and the computer. "

"Beautiful space. The weather was cold while we were at LBI but you almost don’t need to leave this hotel, it’s really nice inside and the pool is indoor but has a windowed ceiling and you feel like you are outside."

"The stay was ok but we’re disappointed that everything we expected like help with luggage and directions aren’t easy. It was very easy to get lost from the parking lot to the room. There was a lot of going down this hall going down that hall going up this elevator going down that elevator was all very confusing.i was happy to see they had a small smoking area where people could smoke and gamble. The rest rooms were very neat and clean in the public area. "

"Beautiful property! Unobstructed view of the beach/ocean and pool from the large balcony on the 4th floor. Room was comfortable, clean and roomy. Little kitchen with keurig coffee maker with complementary pods, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom had shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower plus a blow dryer and nice towels. Pool was heated with complementary towels and lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Staff were super friendly. Harry’s restaurant is attached to the hotel....
