"These guys are rockstars. Benjamin got me checked right in and let me have a pick of rooms. Loved I got a microwave, the only thing I cared about. The shuttle staff is always my favorite, I always know when they will be at the airport. The room was comfortable and safe, never had a single problem. Further, I left something behind and it is already almost back to my house, so they even helped after the stay. Every trip to NYC has a stop at this wonderful hotel. It saves a lot of money on the city...

"I Checked in with my six year old grandson rather late, like 10pm, the lady on the front desk was so nice, popped bottle of water, fruit snacks and cookies in a little bag for us. That has never happened before so it was a nice jesture. Facilities are clean, tho the pool door could have used a bit of windex! Mt grandson loves the "marshmallow bed" and could stay in it all day. :)"

"This is the perfect hotel of you're flying into/out of JFK. Their shuttle from the airport to the hotel picks you up at Federal Circle, so you will need to take the Airtrain to the Federal Circle station. You get the train at any airport terminal in JFK and its free to go to Federal Circle, so its quite painless. When I arrived at the hotel, the check-in staff was amazingly courteous and helpful. Everywhere that I was personally at the hotel (my room, the lobby, the breakfast area, and the gym)...
