"Room was spacious for a triple room, room was made up everyday with new sheets and towels even though we asked for it not to be. Air con unexpectedly turned off in middle of night which made it stuffy and we had to open the window. Bathroom needed more clothes hooks. Mirror lighting was terrible for applying make up. Took a while to find the water dispenser out in the corridor, it was not in a very visible place nor was it identified. Location was great, very close to airport but didi not hear...

"23평 예약했는데, 37평짜리 업그레이드받아서 숙박했습니다~ 방2개 화장실 2개 거실, 부엌인데 이정도 규모에 가격(3박 4명 17만원대)을 생각하면 정말 가성비가 좋아요~ 생수 500ml 2개 서비스로 냉장고에 들어있고, 수건 매일 인당 2개씩 교체해주고, 화장지랑 다 잘 구비되어있습니다. 치약은 챙겨가셔야 되네요. 산쪽에 위치해서 시내와의 거리는 있는 편이지만, 차로 이동하시는거면 큰 불편사항은 아닐듯합니다. "

One moment that stood out, however, was when I asked for help booking a rental car and was simply directed to search online. This felt a little dismissive, though it may have been due to a language barrier...
