"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. We normally ate breakfast in a city restaurant or market, but when we did have the hotel's buffet breakfast it was excellent with lots of choices. Having the dinner at Tenkai was one of the highlights of our trip. Our king city-view room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with memorable views of Seoul. Sunrise over Seoul perfection! The location was perfect...

"Everything was great since checking in. Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. Hot meals, salads, soft drinks and a bottle of wine are included in to-go box. Jenny Jung from the club lounge is very professional and friendly. Our stay was a...

"Rooms are definitely outdated, beautiful outdoor property with a paved walkway to the beach. Amenities of towels and water was appreciated. Pool use is confusing. Free to use the pools, BUT at the adult pool, all the loungers are paid. So you can put your stuff at a table and swim, but nowhere to put your things or relax. Also an odd thing, we were the only ones in the pool and still they were strict with this system. The family pool whole has free loungers , MUST be booked/reserved still for...

"Room was very clean with washing machine/dryer. Staff was very friendly and accommodated us even after we checked out while we waited for our ride. There was a kitchenet in the room, but we did not use it. No time to cook and we didn't want a smelly room. Great hotel to use as your base camp to explore Seoul."

Roynet Hotel Seoul Mapo

Roynet Hotel Seoul Mapo

8/10 Baik
"The hotel is located at a very convenient location- very close to Mapo station and nearby eateries . The front desk staff are super helpful. The washrooms and toilets are very clean. The only drawback I see is the breakfast option. Unlike in most hotels, they have fixed options. There is no buffet breakfast. Other than this all the amenities are good."
