"Overall the staff was very nice. However, too many smokers around and next to hotel. At times smelled smoke in our hotel room. Also saw some elderly guest spitting around the outside pool and even saw a guest spitting inside the hotel. Not sure if I would recommend the hotel to others."

"Check in is fast. Reception staff is friendly. Breakfast limited options. Korean fried chicken is just in the hotel. Staffs are great. Cleaners are friendly, courteous and professional. Free parking is good. The security guard for parking lot needs to catch up with politeness. Parking lot very tight. Location is great and easy access to seafood."

"Upon arrival I used one of their Laundry bags to put my son's and my dirty clothes. The following day after our tour had ended and we had returned to the hotel I noticed that the bag was gone (house keeper had cleaned the room). I was hesitant to contact the front desk as I thought they had taken the Laundry bag with my clothes to wash. The following day I had not received my clothes and I contacted the Laundry service.
