"Had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Hotel Leo which has excellent staff members at front desk (met 4 different staff) especially Ms Helen who is so cheerful, helpful and wonderful in rendering multiple services e.g. helping with my smooth and efficient check-in, recommended of great food outlets and places to visit within the city areas, plus helping to write in Korean languages on the few places I wanted to go so that I can show to the bus or taxi drivers for clear directions.
