"This is the best place we had stayed in Jeju. It has a nice grass area for the kids to run around with ocean view. The staff was extremely helpful and warm. I will definitely choose this property to stay in for my next visit to Jeju."

"DO NOT select this hotel if you don’t speak Korean. I had a quick 24 hour layover in Jeju Island and decided to book here as it is located around center of town. I arrived at 10 am and was not able to check in until 3pm. This was fine and I asked to keep my luggage there- a cctv voice said to leave them in the lobby, which was so small that it literally was by the front door. I asked then who would watch them, and there was no reply. I decided to hang out and wait for the room. About 90 mins...

"Staff was incredible! We made our check in at 2:30 instead of 3 and the front desk lady was very nice! The room was very comfortable and well lit, the beds were just a bit stiff for our liking, but we know as foreigners that this is common in korea so we were not disappointed by this! The lobby lounge was supper comfortable and nice. Overall we had a great time:)"
