"The room was spacious with everything one might need from towels, body wash and shampoo as well as toothbrush and toothpaste to a mini fridge. That being said check-in was not smooth. The person the runs the place wasn't there so I was created by her father. He was lovely but could not speak an ounce of English and wasn't sure what do do. Hotel Bridge Seogwipo

10/10 Excellent

"We drove from Jeju airport which was a beautiful scenic drive round Mt Hallasan. We found the hotel easily using the hire car sat nav. Parking at the hotel was easy when we arrived - plenty of spaces - but could get tight later on in the evening. The ladies behind the check in desk were very friendly, helpful and kind. They were able to give suggestions for places to eat on the first night before we found our bearings. Room was beautifully clean and tidy and we had a great view of the sea from the 9th floor. Bed was very comfortable although only one pillow each so you may want to ask for more. We had breakfast in the restaurant each morning. Good selection of Korean and European foods. Again, very friendly ladies greeted us every morning. Hotel was well placed for walking to the market, the quayside and waterfalls. If you have a rental car driving is pretty easy - as a uk driver, driving on the “wrong” side of the road took a bit of getting used to, as did the traffic signals, speed limits and U turns! Watch out for speed cameras and average speed zones. All in all a great 4 day break - great island, great hotel - you could choose to do a lot or just relax!"

"We stayed for a whole week. Our sea view suite room had an amazing view of 새섬 and we were able to see fireworks from the room on Friday night. We never used the pool or ate the buffet breakfast because neither seemed worth what they were charging. The pool had a great view but looked super small and crowded during peak season. It was crazy hot while we were in Jeju in July 2026 so we spent a lot of time driving out to the beaches. Be aware that the parking lot is an outdoor gravel lot that fills up fast after 6pm and then people start double parking each other in. Sometimes the air conditioning would randomly turn off in the middle of the night and there would be a funky smell coming out of the bathroom vents. This only happened twice out of our 6 night stay tho so it might have been a temporary thing. Overall I’d recommend it for people trying to stay on this part of Jeju near the food street and 서귀포 market."

"My only critique is that the TV isn’t a smart TV. I wasn’t able to cast content from my phone or use my streaming apps, and the TV only had three channels available, with just one in English. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I really enjoyed my stay. If you plan to spend some time relaxing in your room and watching shows, I’d recommend bringing a laptop with an HDMI cable or a Chromecast so you have more entertainment options."

"Overall a great stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was nice, clean, and roomy. Was in a good and convenient area...just a few minutes walk to shopping and dining. A ton of free parking. Only downside was the a/c...did not get cold enough for our liking...had to open the windows for cooler temp."
