Hotel murah di Jeffersonville - Clarksville

"I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. Also I was surprised to find that although Expedia charged me $40 more than the hotel would have charged me if I booked directly. I had assumed incorrectly that...

"The place was very dirty. The stairs had so much dirt, dust, chalk, etc that it was almost a hazard. This never changed in the 5 days we were there The hot tub waterline was extremely low and it needed chlorine"

"The property was like new, very clean and nice looking. The workmanship in the rooms was suspect. No sliding door stops or bumpers, so door handles hit door frames. Sliders in bathroom shower was noisy and door did not fully close. Breakfast was understaffed and cups, plates, coffee and food not replenished. The property was nice, rooms and bed comfortable.. The need for focusing on customers and room details created a good rating from an excellent rating!"

"They put us in a smoking room (we reserved a non-smoking room), the room is dirty and outdated, no tissues, only one roll of toilet paper, charged us for a bottle of water, fridge did not work, there was no remote for the TV, sheets had small rips in them, soap dispenser on the shower was disgusting and clogged"

"This hotel is in need of updating and repairs. The pool was closed. The workout room had minimal equipment. Our hotel room A/C wasn’t working very well. The hotel is west of the bridge from downtown which is a convenient location, but the surrounding neighborhood doesn’t seem very safe."

"This is my go to place to stay when I’m in the area, which is roughly once a month. Everyone is friendly, rooms are clean, water pressure is amazing & the breakfast is always good. This is probably my 10th time staying here & I’ve never had an issue! It’s quite & I love that it’s right off the highway & that there are so many dining options close by. Thanks for another great stay! "
