"This place is a switch and bait. Picture is for the Radisson in the front and the Derby is an old building attached in the back. Nasty looking and old. Do not believe the picture on the internet. I felt dirty and not safe there. One guy was watching us unload the car and made me uncomfortable. Would never recommend or stay there again."

"This is my go to place to stay when I’m in the area, which is roughly once a month. Everyone is friendly, rooms are clean, water pressure is amazing & the breakfast is always good. This is probably my 10th time staying here & I’ve never had an issue! It’s quite & I love that it’s right off the highway & that there are so many dining options close by. "The night staff was amazing super helpful and very friendly. The gal on the morning shift seemed annoyed both days. She seemed to be irritated by the eggs someone had dropped on the counter, it wasn't until I grabbed a napkin and picked it up that she even said good morning to anyone. The 2nd day after a long long day we arrived only to find the key cards weren't working that was quickly resolved. "I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. Also I was surprised to find that although Expedia charged me $40 more than the hotel would have charged me if I booked directly. I had assumed incorrectly that...

"The location of this hotel is excellent. It is up a hill by itself so it is very quiet and the view is beautiful. Just down the hill is many restaurants."
