Room was clean upon check in. The food choices were very good, whether breakfast or dinner. As a gym enthusiast, the gym had great equipment to facilitate any type of workout I wanted to do and it was very well maintained.. Overall nice and quiet hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Staff were generally amazing and went out of their way. One exception was the pool where there was no one and tough to get service. There’s no full length mirror in the room and the room coffee maker was down. But would stay again. good location and good service

Shocked to know this was 5 star as it doesn’t live up to its rating. When I checked in, they seemed indifferent and borderline rude when I had to keep going back repeatedly as my room key wouldn’t work. The rooms were somewhat dated, amenities not there, they didn’t have enough towel replacements, etc. The hotel felt far from luxurious and what I would expect. The location was perfect and convenient, walking distance to the pier and nearby cafe. The cleaning and room service staff were absolutely pleasant, as was the staff helping with luggage. Unfortunately the desk staff could have been better.

A former nice star hotel - a long time ago

I was given a room in the next door building away from the main tower. The carpets were old and you could smell that it was old. The room was spacy, but the bathroom was the size of a small closet, where you could hardly turn around and use the sink and shower. Simply unacceptable. The temperature of the shower was also too low and didn't encourage taking a shower. I went to the Spa and the Hot Tub (jacuzzi) which was equally hardy warm and the shower next to the Jacuzzi had a shower head that didn't function. I got to say that whatever i experienced wasn't worth more than 2 stars maximum. I complained and was told that the main building was much better and had been renovated. But then I should have been placed in the main building and not in what I ended up in.
