"What a truly great experience. Having been in Keene Valley in the same house 50 years ago, it was a pleasure to see it being cared for and run and such a beautiful way. Kelly, the manager, couldn’t have been More delightful. Preparing breakfast and always there for questions or advice on where to go out to dinner or tge next mountain to climb.. It was a perfect weekend and I’m looking forward to going back thank you Keene valley lodge."

"This was a lovely place to stay in the Adirondacks and was close to many trails. The place was clean and cozy, and although the bathrooms were shared with other guests, there were enough and it was never an issue. The owner and staff were also very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again when we're in the area and would recommend it!"

"Beautiful, nice lodge but the area has no amenities and nearby food options. You can not door dash unless you are prepared to eat at the lodge dining area only. Otherwise it was a very nice, pleasant experience with no issues. "

"Loved how genuinely hospitable and real this lodging felt! Not to mention the warm and welcoming owner, the spectacular view of Whiteface mountain (so close that I felt that I could reach out and touch it), the majestic music on arrival, and the oodles of personality in every inch of it.......the likes of which is so missing in the cookie-cutter lodgings that we are so accustomed to! It is an experience to stay here and I am grateful for that experience. Can't wait to return. TY, Walter!! ...
