"I enjoyed my stay for the most part. It seems to be fairly new. Plenty of space in the room since there is no dresser. Two complaints. One, it was difficult to get access to a luggage carrier. When I arrived I waited approximately 15 minutes for them to locate one since people do not return them and upon leaving i was never able to get one. I was told that guests often keep them in their rooms for use in the morning. It was very difficult to get my things to my car as an older person with...

"Stayed 1 night. Once I checked in and was put in a room, the person next to me played their tv really loud and was talking really loud on their phone. Instead of asking the front desk to say something to this person, I just requested that they move me to a different room. The front desk lady was super nice (thank you) and was able to accommodate my request and put me on a different floor. However my room faced the road outside and it was a very very busy road. "Room size was fine. Check in was adequate and staff was friendly. The entire place, however was not at all clean. Floor was dirty with crumbs, hair, etc. Didn't appear that any surface had been wiped down in some time. Would not recommend."

"The room I booked had mold in the bathroom, around the window and had tiles falling off the walls in the bathroom. The bedsheets on both beds were stained and did not looked washed, had to go to the front desk to get towels because room service didn’t leave any. We were offered another room but it was much worse than the one we were in, definitely do not stay here, disgusting place."

"When I showed up there wasnt anyone to check me in for about 20 or 30 minutes. I couldnt sleep due to the air conditioner making an unbelievably loud noise all night. This was the worst stay i have ever had."

"The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. There were no more parking spaces except for diamond members so we were told that we could park there. I thought that was pretty nice."
