The room was booked under my profile for a staff of mine, but the attitude was slightly comes off as impolite the way he put certain remarks or wordings. Overall experience has been very pleasant. "

Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and always smiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the hotel itself shows signs of age, the quality of service more than made up for it. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!"
