"Einfach tolles Hotel mit außergewöhnlichen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Flug nach Jakarta war deutlich verspätet, was kein Problem war. Der Shuttle-Fahrer hat gewartet und uns um 01:00 Uhr morgens abgeholt! Kommunikation über E-Mail und WhatsApp hat bestens funktioniert. Beim Check-In hat der nette Herr an der Rezeption alles versucht und uns ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür für die Kinder rausgesucht. Late-Checkout war auch im Preis mit drin! Das ist Top-Service! Meine Kinder waren...
