"I had to move rooms three times in three days, the AC kept breaking down, not good at all considering the weather. Food at the restaurants was ok, staff are very friendly and do try to help, it is not their fault that air conditioning in the rooms does not work. Will not recommend a stay here."

"I always travel with Four Points Sheraton and while I'm traveling in Indonesia I booked mostly Four Points... right from the start we had issues with AC it didn't go lower then 23C.. all the usb plugs were not working, technician said it would take one hour this is unacceptable! I requested an upgrade to a junior suite that I would pay they told me the hotel is full, duty manager called me and offered same room but another floor again AC issues .. breakfast buffet not fresh pastries stale 👎"
