Hotel in a weird location in the city neighborhood is industrial. Hotel clean room clean, breakfast good (waffle / bagel) and staff nice. Beds a little soft, water pressure a little low but not bad, just average

Breakfast was fresh with hotbar. Get there before 9.30am as the staff start clearing things at that time. Room was clean enough. Had a slight mildew scene after shower. Staff were very friendly. Location is right near expo center, but i would not walk there as you would need to walk past a *lot* of people struggling with addiction to reach it.

The place is really clean. The staff is super nice. The woman at the front desk is really cool. The sheets and the pillowcases are very clean. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast buffet was nice. This hotel was not clean, there were homeless all around the property. Did not feel safe leaving my vehicle in the parking area. The doors to noted the building were locked all the time. Had to wait for an employee to let us in.

The hotel was nice inside, but there were a lot of homeless individuals outside, and they blocked the entrance to the parking lot where we had to maneuver around groups of them to get to the parking lot. There is a a vacant building right there that seems to be the hangout. It didn't feel very safe outside. But the entrance to the hotel is locked and you have to use your key card to get in, so that was good. Someone must've called the police one evening because they showed up outside. There was also WAY too much air-freshener in the hotel, to where I had a hard time breathing. It was so overpowering!!! I've never experienced that before in a hotel. You could smell it before even walking into the building. We had to sit outside multiple times to get fresh air and get away from it all. We will not be staying at this location again.

The hotel is kept nicely and smells good even the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable only thing missing was an extra trash can in the bathroom just had one in the bedroom area
