THERE IS A REASON IT IS SO CHEAPLY PRICED....

No two rooms are the same, some are just OK, others are totally unacceptable. Imagine a 1 bedroom apartment with only one electrical OUTLET - and the TV is plugged into it. Some rooms have working hot water, some don't. Some floors the internet works, most do not work. Some apartments will have two aircons, while others will have one, even though they are the same sq. meters. These is no telephone/intercom to the front desk, hence if you have a need or concern, you will be marching downstairs. The quality of the bed, bed linens, and pillows are EXCELLENT, offering a good night's sleep.

This Hotel is 'OK' and reasonably cheap ... Not much around for tourists ... Make sure you ask taxi drivers to use the meter, if not don't get in & avoid argument... Didn't try in house restaurant - Only local eating places in neighborhood

I have spent a wonderful time in gloria hotel.the rooms are clean,comfortable and spacious with a beautiful panoramic view all around the city.the staff are so friendly.enjoy a great breakfast buffet before starting visiting the city.

Firstly, the hotel is behind an old abandoned office space, thus for first timer, we couldn't find it and had to drive several rounds. Room has no wifi for my whole 3 days and was never fixed. upsetting. Upon entering room, bedsheet was dirty and stained, so I got the room service to clean it. Didn't have kettle, so had to request for it. Aircon was not working so had to request to get it fixed. Toilet has foul smell and not pleasant. Had to spray my own perfume. Breakfast was just ok and not many variety. It is not very near to any mall, need to take taxi if you want to go to malls like Taman Anggerik, Central Park and Ciputra Mall. The only good thing, near to airport, about 20-30 minutes if traffic was good. Not recommended unless you are really on a budget.

Great buget hotel with nice pool, reception, food.

Well the building is behimd a building being constructed or being destroyed. Lots of students here to live as the uni is close by. Location is great close to a large mall in the area. Reception was really good but wifi only works 5th floor...and lobby... the food was good and pool refreshing... a good day...worth the money... large room

Not bad, will be beautiful

the hotel is being remodeled now. so probably becomes beautiful and wonderful. room size is enough. I used 2 rooms of the same rank. 1st room was remodeling,2nd room was almost finished. the change was interesting to me. Muuuuu I'd like to recommend besides the Japanese traveler from now the hotel's condition.

Die Hoteldarstellung auf expedia entspricht nicht der Wirklichkeit. Abgewohnt, Pool und Umgebung nicht nutzbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber, bis bei Dunkelheit die Kakerlaken kamen. An Schlaf kaum zu denken, reiste ich am frühen Morgen sofort ab, trotz gebuchter 2 Nächte.

The staff was very helpful the view was nice . Food was ok my girlfriend enjoyed the view was nice and quiet I do wish I could see more shows in English but overall experience was pretty good
