Happy with our stay
Comfortable two night stay for a conference. Room had a mini-fridge and a place to hang clothes. Breakfast had a lot of options and was well-stocked. Would stay here again.

I found an empty bowl in front of my room, for two days the cleaning service didn't pick up the bowl. Also, requested to change the towel, all they did was fold the used towel.

I loved everything about this hotel. Everythij g was beautiful and clean room service was very maintaining. The only tyhing I was disappointed about was the Wi-Fi. I'm a pro gamer and weak wi-fi is a big no-no, especially in this day in age. For a beautiful hotel like this to have weak wi-fi is really a shame because people that need it can t enjoy it .

No wifi or air con
Wifi wasn’t working in room at all. Reception said it should be working tomorrow. Spoke to another person at front desk and they said it hadn’t been on for over 1 week and wasn’t going to be on anytime soon. Aircon also didn’t work. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast served had not much variety. Everyday menu would be more or less similar. No closet to hang dresses in the room. Only a rack with hangers provided to hang.

Hotel is ok for the price. it's hard to find nearby restaurant/dining. I also left one of my shirt in the room. They claimed that it was not available even though only few days. Wifi connection also poor.

value for money in business district
Had check-in issue (they had trouble finding our booking and pricing issue 10k more for what we booked) however was resolved and ended up paying the same. Breakfast was limited but ok for price. Croissants were stale and they didn't restock the glasses fast enough even though not many people at bfast. Parking was tricky and location can be an issue (terrible traffic round the hotel and have to go on a loop/u-turns to get there). Other than that, our 1-night stay was fine and good value for money

Nice hotel in a functional part of town
This is a smart, attractive, well run, interesting and very comfortable hotel. Tendean is a business district somecdistance from malls, cinemas and associated distractions, but close to businesses in that area. I would not recommnd the location to first time visitors to Jakarta, but the hotel is delightful.bthevpool is very pleasant as is the breakfast. The staff members were fery effective and polite with the exception of a man on the front desk whose expressionless face and ibdiffetent demeanour were unsettling and left a poor impression.

Nice Escape from the Chaos
Wasn't a huge fan of Jakarta, but I guess where I stayed here may have been in a less-touristy location. But for the price (I got it on discount) I was impressed. Great room, nice shower, good TV Stations, easy to hail a cab or motorbike (choose the bike), and I could get to anywhere I needed to. Was always happy to get back to the hotel room, and that's a big plus.

I requested for non smoking room, but they gave me smoking room, after i complain, they change the room. The point is the reception didnt notice what guest want... Bath room also clogged, they never clean sanitary filter. And the closet cant flush. Its always happened Every i stay at NEO.

New Hotel is always good
It is a new hotel and my taxi driver did not know where it is, I have to use google maps to guide him. The rooms is clean and new so it is quite comfortable. It is unlike other budget hotel room where they cramp all the amenities. However, the surrounding is sort of slum area. Comfortable public transportation is quite far.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I first got checked in a room smelled of smoking cigarettes, but they gave me a new room upon my request. So the room size is big enough (not too small), and they have this concept of black and grey color, which I think is unique. About the breakfast, there are many varieties which I can choose from, so its worth to combine it with your stay package. Just a minor disappointment, I requested for an omelette and it was given to many other people first who ordered after me. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
