A taxi quoted Rp 150k for a ride to Pik Avenue mall which the hotel staff claim is reasonable. The ride back to hotel via Blue Bird taxi only cost Rp 70,300. It seems foreigners are the target for rip offs

There were mosquitoes in my room. I took a picture of the fat mosquito, called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy with the mosquito spray. I showed him the photo and he sprayed my room 2X. Well, that probably helped for 1-2 hours and then the mosquitoes were back! I checked out around 2.30am and waited for the shuttle in the lobby - and more mosquitoes there! I told the front desk about it and he just smiled. There were mosquitoes also in the shuttle bus. I have stayed in the nearby hotels several times in the last 2 years and this is the first time I have problems with mosquitoes.

IF YOU HAVE BUDGET DO NOT COME HERE
It was horrible. The photos online looked nice, and the lobby itself was cute, but they are fooling you! The carpet was dirty from the elevator until the front door of our room. The room floor was sticky and had a weird smell. The walls are thin, and we can hear other people's business. It even woke us up at night. Never recommending if you had budget.

The shower doesn't close properly, no hand soap by the sink, can't book airport shuttle in advance, must caĺl after landing, inconvenient when you don't have local cell card, the taxi called by the receptionist asked for more than the agreed price.

only a fool would stay there..i made my mistake.
the dirtiest dump you will never want to stay in again. to call it filthy is massive understatement ever. i wore my sweat pants and shirt in bed. barely slept it was sooo nasty. room is a dump rugs in main hallway beyond disgusting

Budget hotel, the service is exceptional, the staffs are friendly, strategic location. Unfortunately the place is not too clean, there are greasy fingerprints everywhere. Amenities are enough as it's a budget hotel.

Decent stay near airport
Pro: hotel clean and new. Very near to the airport. Cons: too crowded. Shuttle bus to airport is not very frequent. If you need to get taxi they will charge you IDR 50k flat rate.

Horrible stay
Horrible! We went for Breakfast at 6:30 am and they ran out of food. Free breakfast is practically a scam since they had nothing for you to eat. One person at front desk to handle check out, breakfast area and concierge just imagine that Free shuttle is not available every half an hour so most likely you have to pay an extra Rp 50,000 flat fees to go to the airport. I Will avoid this hotel in the future even with its competitive pricing

Airport shuttle from hotel only, no good for arriv
Tired basic hotel - zero stars but met expectation for 3 hour sleep while I was waiting for a flight. Would be grubby if not cleaned in effort to make presentable. Note free airport service is from hotel to airport, no obvious airport to hotel service, in fact I was told at airport there wasnt one. Taxi required- should have booked the in-terminal hotel in advance, would have been much better choice and similar overall price.

Ok but the hotel is getting old
I have used the place for a few years. Everything ages, so the hotel and rooms look a little old now. Also, the room that they gave me the first time was not made up. This could be a simple mistake, however. They apologized and changed the room for me. But for me, my main reason to stay was because I arrived in Jakarta late at night, so I need a place to sleep. They have a shuttle to the hotel. The price is still good considering what I need.

I used the sink then water fell to the floor and found out that the duck pipe under sink was not there! It was de-installed and not installed back. Found it under the sink. Wet the floor and the 2 towels under neath. Toothbrush and toothpaste had to be purchased for about $2. Shower door cloud not be tightened and water felt to the floor in the room.

I think this is the worst Ibis budget that I've ever stayed. The room looks old and tired, the Air Con was not working well (set to 16 degrees Celsius but felt like 29!).

Budget hotel with minimal facilities
Basic and simple room. The hotel is starting to show its age. There was musty smell in the room. Breakfast was mediocre and not replenished in a timely manner.
