It’s a pleasant stay and counter staff provided good service. The air conditioning in the room is not that cooling but overall, it’s okay as not hot. The hotel doesn’t have restaurants nearby , so we dined in their restaurants. Food wise is okay.

Surrounding environment is not convenient but the property itself is great. Towels are not properly exchanged and there is no tissue box, but other than that I am content with it.

As always, the family had a great time. One setback though was a drained pool, maintenance we guess. In any case, our backup plan @ Lippo Waterboom was just as fun. Until next time👍👏

I have been a returning guest for a couple of years now. The cafe staff are very helpful and will stretch the mile to give you the best of service. Housekeeping needs to improve and don’t cut corners.

On the whole the stay was okay. However, one of the bedside table was not working. Kettle auto cut off faulty.. keeps on boiling until Manually switched off. BBQ spread on Thursday not sufficient though the entertainment was okay.

Service is rated disappointed this stay is because the reservation dept failed to input my booking was all paid online. Check in staff billed me again. However, they are refunding the double payment in 14 days.! Too long waiting period. It will save everyone’s time and effort if the reservation and check in staff do the right thing right the first time.

Elegant hotel
Hotel is very beautiful and elegant. Staffs are friendly and helpful, able to speak good English. Good gym, small pool. Location is boring, same as other hotels around the area. Room toilet is a bit cramp, but still acceptable.

The Room is very comfort. Service is very good, but one that I don’t really enjoy is the breakfast. Perhaps, because of the crowd on new year holiday, unluckily, we go down at 09.00 AM and found out that the breakfast left almost nothing. And wait around 30minutes, the food is refill but one by one. Hope that next time, hotel can provide more while in holiday season.

The worst hotel ever
The worst hotel ever. Very Very dirty. Dust is all around in my bed room. I tried onsen (public bath), but I cannot make a bath because it's too dirty. My towel I put near bath top became black with dirt. Staffs were polite but they are not trained with no service mind. I had a noddle by room service, it's terrible taste. I cannot believe how 4 start hotel can serve such quality of food. There was mistake on invoicing, so it's reissued. From first time until the end, all the time, I was inconvenient and unpleasant. I decided not to stay Holiday inn again in my life, due to the bad experience in this visiting.
