Very beautiful property showing lots of Indonesian art and culture, but unfortunately quite old property. Only two elevators were working for the whole hotel, were not enough.

The facilities are old but functioning, so there was no problem in general, but this time the ventilation fan in the bathroom was out of order, and the noise suddenly became louder. Also, I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor, but I could only see the weedy roof from the window, and there were employees working there, so I couldn't open the curtains.

宿泊初日よりトイレが詰まり流れなかった。明け方であったため部屋からフロントに連絡しても誰も出てくれず、朝7時過ぎまで待って直接フロントへ行ってトイレが詰まった旨を伝えた。部屋のチェンジもお願いしたが、修理するからと言って部屋のチェンジはしてもらえなかった。その後、30～40分後に修理担当者が部屋に来て修理してくれた。
