just trying to get a taxi to the airport took over an hour. the buffet breakfast was a joke. the only bread was cheap white bread. off milk, limited options unless you like weird looking curry things for breakfast

You get what you pay for, it’s cheap and near the airport. A bit dirty, and doesn’t have certain things you might expect (eg. a safe, tissue paper, shampoo, etc). I couldn’t arrange the airport shuttle for my arrival, and the shuttle is a paid service (costs about 100k IDR, so it’s cheaper just to use Gojek). The food was great though, and the staff was friendly.

This property was absolutely disgusting. A total waste of time and money spent from airport to get there. The bedding were dirty. Light fixtures all dirty. Bathroom dirty and moldy and the room smelled. I made an about turn and checked out. They refused to refund me my money for this filth. Do not go there!!!!!!!!

We arrived and they could not find our Expedia reservation. They had us waiting for almos 4 hours before giving us a room!! Besides the employies at front desk rude and not helpful at all. They complete ignored us most of the time. Last but not least we book a 3 person bedroom and they gave us a one bed room only suitable for 2. When I went to complain they told me that was tue only option and they offered an extra mini bed with additional cost when I had alreeady paid for 3 Then the next day we asked for the airport shuttle and they wanted to charge me also for it when it’s supposed to be a service from the airport hotel and the costo was 5 times more than taking a normal taxi Terrible experience over all!!!

I got in late and was given a room key. When I entered, the room had not been made up after the last guest. Mess everywhere. I went downstairs and reported it and there was seemingly disinterest and possibly disbelief. The night manager gave me a new room eventually and never apologised for the error. All this took about 15 minutes early in the morning after a long delayed flight. Poor service. Next morning I went to the small shop in the hotel to buy a plug for the listrik. Should have been open but no-one there. Once again not very professional. Hotel needs to put customers first and their systems last.
