"The hotel is in an ideal location and the view was spectacular! However, the room could stand some upgrades. The bathroom was small and smelly. I killed at least 4 gnats in the shower during my 3 day stay. I don't know how many my husband killed 😂 Nonetheless, the location, the pool, the ocean view from the 2nd floor and all the restaurants took my mind off room."

When I arrived at the property, I was told that Expedia overbooked the room and it was no longer available. I called Expedia, and they did give me full credit, but the trip went downhill from there. "The hotel was great except they don't tell you EVERYTHING is an extra charge: coffee, breakfast, parking, water, you name it. Nothing is included. Also they put two holds on my card at different times for incidentals which tripled the amount we charged to the room."
