"It was a nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. Full kitchen in the rooms too. Nice big showers and very hot water with good pressure. Also a dressing area and a couch. The front desk folks are super nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast every morning. No real restaurant but they have snacks and drinks you can purchase downstairs- all night long. There is a grass area across the street at the hospital if you are traveling with your dog. 👍🙂👍"

"!!!BEWARE DO NOT EVER USE EXPEDIA!!!! I want to start by saying the hotel itself and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, my experience with Expedia was exactly the opposite. I booked my room in March for a July stay. When I later found a cheaper rate directly on Hyatt’s website, I had a chat with Expedia’s customer service. The representative assured me they had a "Price Guarantee" and would match the rate, though they mentioned the difference would only be given as an Expedia...

"The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your TV, it takes hours for someone to come in and fix it. I, personally, would never stay here again."

"Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking."

"The laundry facility was not in operation. That access was a big reason I chose this location as it was the second stop on my vacation. I had to find a local laundry service to handle my needs. Everything else was fine."

"Our family very much enjoyed staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We have stayed at many of the top resorts in the world, and this did not disappoint. We will definitely be back to stay again."
