I hated my stay. We had to find out own room. They were all covered in roaches. We had no TV and no pillows or blankets on the bed. We had bought 2 rooms and could only use one. That one had NO KNOB in the shower so we had no hot water. No toilet paper. No locks on the doors. It was absolutely disgusting and had hookers and drug addicts everywhere and sleeping In the corridors. Would never recommend this place for anyone or anything!!

The worst motel in the world!
Stop stop stop don’t even consider staying at this dump. This has been the worst motel I have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at some dumps. Roach infested hookers drugs the whole 9 yards runaway. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place look at the pictures.

This place was filthy. The bedding was badly stained. Both of the rooms we were shown reeked badly of stale cigarette smoke. There was no top sheet, wash cloths, towels or any other necessity of traveling. I finally got 1 towel and wash cloth from the front desk. It was still wet, and badly torn. The entire facility was in disrepair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They wanna change the agreed rate that I got through the internet and then after I said ok, they kick me out of the hotel telling me that they don’t have a room for me. Go somewhere else. They deduct down payment before I even got there. Then they were trying to deduct the rest of the amount after they kicked me out. They are thieves.

NEEDS CONDEMNED! ROACHES, NO HOT WATER, NO A/C
ROACHES, AIR CONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK, no hot water, plugged toilet, no trash can, hard bed, broken furniture, no microwave, NO WI-FI, told no double rooms when I got there even though it was reserved, four people had to sleep in king room. LOOKS DESERTED. NEEDS CONDEMNED. Read all the reviews first. I didn't and wish I had. There were no motels available for the money I had. I would've stayed in the car if I could've gotten a refund.

Ceiling was leaking water
There were roaches roaming when you cut the lights off. The room was 219 and i assume when the room upstairs took a shower, water would fall from the ceiling. I recorded it. Tub was semi clogged with tobacco shavings. I did not find the remote to tv. When i initially arrived the employee told me all rooms were booked instead of asking me May I help you.

Made a reservation a week or so ahead, when I arrived the staff was sitting on the couch in the lounge area & rudely told me that they didn't have any rooms.

I’m glad I didn’t die in that area. I was afraid that I might get shot or stabbed to death. I only stayed there for an hour but the cockroaches on the floor and on the bed was the reason I didn’t stay the night there. I just took a shower and left. It made me rethink about getting a hotel. I’m better off camping or sleeping in my car than sleep with cockroach infested hotel. I didn’t want insects to get over my stuff and bring it along with me during my travel. I’m just glad, I made it out safe during that night but I really don’t recommend staying there if you value your life.

Horrible Property
Please be warned when reserving a room at this location. The pictures on the website is nothing like the property itself. I wouldn't give them one star. This property should be condemned. it is horrible. I asked about a different room and was told they all looked the same. I am not exaggerating. Horrible to the tenth power. And then they have the nerve to not give refunds. Just awful. I could not stay there. I reserved a room at a different establishment.

Oyo is a joke
I booked a one night stay at 10:45pm for my ex husband who is homeless…paid for it everything and he calls and I hear the front desk person raising his voice about a deposit that I knew nothing about when booking this room….they didn’t let him stay actually made him leave and didn’t refund my money I will NEVER deal with oyo again EVER

Worst I have ever seen in my life
I honestly don't say stuff like this, but this is honestly the worst literal roach motel I have ever seen in my life. All the reviews like mine are not exaggerating. I backed out of the booking immediately after seeing the rooms, and they would not honor a refund. I don't mind wasting $40 to not sleep in this literal condemned building. It's not an exaggeration that this building should be condemned and torn down. The security guard showed us a room that clearly had not been cleaned, roaches seen in tub with dirty used rag in corner. Again, none of the reviews you are reading are exaggerations. Do not even think "oh I can handle it.", You can't, trust me.

Impressive accommodations
So, I did sign up to come to this 2 star hotel, but this was subpar even by the very low bar of what I was expecting. After making a reservation, it took 30 minutes to for the attendant to figure out hoe to make the system check me in. The attendant asked for an additional $50 for a deposit, that I would need to come by in the morning for them to manually refund. The rooms were nonsmoking, butthe ash stains on the endtables and tv stand wouldn't have led me to think that. There was no plug for the tub, no handle to switch from bath to shower (it was broken off), the toilet didn't flush, the sink didn't drain, and the light switch by the door didn't work. The bed had one pillow, and thin sheets, but was free of bugs.

Very poor conditions. Person wasn’t at the desk when I arrived. People hanging around outside. Looks abandoned and the room was disgusting. I couldn’t receive a refund because I accepted the key. I didn’t know of the poor conditions until I checked into the room. I literally walked in and straight back out to stay at another location.

That is the worst place I have ever been, I check in went to assigned room, and the moment I open the door the smell was unbearable. I went back to check in and check out. That place need to be condemn and remove from hotel.com reservation system

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY
We didn’t even get to stay. We showed up and couldn’t get the guy at the office to even pay me any attention to check in. When he did get up, he told me I didn’t have a reservation. I gave him the reservation number. He then says “it’ll be third floor” and when I find out there’s no elevator, I said we have to have first floor because my boyfriend is handicap. He told me he has nothing on the first floor or handicap accessible but that there would be no refund. We were expected to pay for a room we could not physically get to. Hotels.com customer service was not any more help either. I’m NOT HAPPY AT ALL. They expected me to be charged, and wait 14 days to be refunded for something I should never be charged for.

Don’t even think about it
When I entered the lobby it smelled horrible. The front desk person asked me if I wanted to see the room first. I went to look at it and it was disgusting. Bugs were crawling all over the walls. The rooms looked they had been partied in. This place is so run down it should be condemned.

Words cannot describe how bad this property is. Roaches everywhere, restrooms don’t work, bathtubs broken, no clean bedsheets, broken beds, bad pillows, unclean comforters, bad water! Literally nothing is good here! If someone goes in this hotel will probably end up having a disease!

Do not stay here
Worst place I can remember room smelled roaches and bugs coming out all night the people that worked there were nice but they need to shut that place down tent it and kill all the bugs. It was misrepresented the pictures when I made reservation were completely different then the actual place.
