Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa

"This historic hotel should compare to resorts such as the Greenbrier, the Homestead, the Broadmoor in customer service. My only complaint in that regard was the lack of staff upon initial arrival at the front door. I am used to never being allowed to touch my luggage until a porter has delivered it to my room. I'm used to not having to open my own car door when I arrive. I'm used to a doorman when I enter the lobby. None of that happened here and I think it should. That being said, I loved the hotel and I'm sure we'll stay again. I loved the history, including the haunted history. I loved cocktails on the sweeping veranda overlooking Mount Washington. Our room was small by today's standards but superb in every other way. The complimentary shuttle service to "off campus" resort properties and amenities was great. I believe this hotel will be on my calendar next summer!"

"I was completely surprised when I walked in to the lobby. My envelope with room key and greeting were waiting on the desk. Then Anthony walked in to greet us and gave us a quick tour and history of this lovely property. Quiet, friendly and comfortable. Canโt wait to go back. Thanks Anthony."
