"The Salt Box building has steep steps to second floor, they never asked it the stairs would present any problems for us since we were all 60 plus years old, both of the rooms had broken window blinds, we had to use towels to cover the window in the bath room. Neither room had an ironing boards, we even asked for one and they never delivered it. The in room Coffee machines were old and dirty, We knew the buildings are old but they look run down, worn out etc."

The lobby is very welcoming and when they don’t serve breakfast in the dining room they put out a simple but nice take it with you treat of yogurt and fruit, juice and bagels. You really have everything you need there. Golfers will have something to do as well, there is a 9 hole course on the property. "This is not a resort. In addition the name is deceptive to the real Omni White mountain which is real resort. The Jacuzzi was closed,the outdoor pool was not heated enough to enjoy it,and the sauna was worm. The room was nice although the maid left the hand held shower facing the outside so once I opened the water I got cold water to my face.
