"The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The only drawback for me was the staircase to the upstairs rooms. Narrow with high steps, it was difficult to bring luggage up and down. "

My lobster bisque soup was just warm I got a dessert I didn't order and it was stale. For the amount of money we paid I expected way more - the stay was nice but the food had a lot to be desired"

"The hotel did not have my Expedia reservation. They were very accommodating unlike Expedia whose solution was here’s a refund in 7-10 days. Expedia has poor customer service and cost me additional funds because of their incompetence. Don’t use their website. "
