"La playa está padrísima y el hotel está de lujo solo que la alberca del área de niños muy mal mucha gente ahí tienen un bar y muchos adultos tomando y está súper chiquita la alberca y la alberca de adultos está padrísima y sola deberían de dejar entrar a los niños a esa alberca si eso se pudiera sería un hotel 10 de 10 y regresaríamos cada año pero con esa alberca no"
"En general la estancia muy agradable y las habitaciones mayormente limpias, solo hubo un detalle que no me pareció correcta en la persona que nos recibió porque dijo que como había contrado con Expedia, por dos adultos y un niño, pero para ellos mi hijo de 15 años lo cobran como adulto, entonces solo tenía derecho a dos toallas. "Originally given the wrong type of room. Property overall was great, but the beds were really hard and so were the pillows, which made it hard to get a good nights rest. Food was very repetitive, Best was El Faro. Air conditioned game room is needed with pool tables, ping pong, lotería. Evening entertainment was good. Pool and activities ended too early especially for young adults. Property is beautiful, does not lend itself to walking, but transportation is available."
