The bus stop and ferry station is right beside the hotel which is super convenient the town has a couple shops right beside the hotel which is nice but the hotel restaurant was very good! On top of it all the staff was so lovely and accommodating I would definitely stay again!! "

"We loved the whole vibe of Hotel Sirmione Terme. It was in an excellent spot, just inside the castle area but not in the middle of the really busy streets. The staff were excellent, apart from one elderly waiter on the special music night who was very rude, brought us the wrong water ( sparkling rather than still) and then proceeded to ignore us for half an hour even though I'd tried to ask him for a wine recommendation - we got up & walked out sadly. "Location was nice right on the lake. The breakfast was great. Staff at check in were good but otherwise no real contact with many. The room had an unusual set up and was difficult to access/store our bags. There was no surface or space big enough to put them (we had small bags!). The shower was in the same room as the bed. Bathroom area was clean and modern except it only had a sheer curtain on the giant window and didn’t offer much privacy when the lights were on (this was REALLY weird!). It’s...
