My stay at The Mill Hotel Bomonti was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner shining and spotless. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Ibrahim, the receptionist. Ibrahim went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. His warm welcome and attentive assistance made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. In summary, The Mill Hotel Bomonti exceeded all expectations, offering a combination of cleanliness, spaciousness, and convenience that made for a truly unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples, families and anyone looking for a memorable experience in Istanbul.

I was dismayed at some of the points that you raised and can only say, please accept my assurance that these were momentary deteriorations in our service standards and are in no way indicative of the high standards we normally aspire.I have carried out a full investigation and do not propose to bore you with point-to-point justification or excuse; obviously there was a shortfall of the type of service that you have a right to expect from us. When I checked, you did not request cleaning for 5 days during your stay. The do not disturb light on the door is always red, that is, your room was not entered for cleaning because the do not disturb button was active.I want to indicate once again our extreme concern over your dissatisfaction. I had rarely left a review .... but this time I have to share my experience : I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. If you think that this hotel is comparable to a 4 star, 3 star or even 2 star hotel , you are completely wrong ! The hotel is understaffed, the furniture is old and full of stains, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV has very basic Turkish TV channels, and the breakfast is just terrible ! Speaking about the breakfast, the breads and croissants were always stale and hard to eat !!! Some of the vegetable plates had gone to the refrigerator and back to the breakfast room for days ! We saw an employee in the breakfast room spraying water on the plates to give the impression that they were fresh ... while obviously they were not ! Speaking the internet : You need to set up the connection every single hour. Conclusion : Please do not ruine your vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was a great location and nice and quiet most of the time at night. It would be great to see a slightly more looked after room - some carpet cleaning wouldn't go amiss and some good quality cleaner to polish the granite in the bathroom - but otherwise great!

i pay 60$ for one night from hotel application but when my guest arruve they force me to come down and pay 70$ again but its not fair no where never when guest come no one ask for money again also they ask for 70$ already i was pay 60$ for a room how should i pay 70$ for guest ? very bad hotel very bad services

You get what you pay for. The staff is rude and there is no help with baggage. Rooms are done quite modern and nicely, but lack maintenance so you’ll see bathroom fixtures etc falling apart.

Great stay overall, good staff, room servicr of good quality. However a big problem with AC, at maximum power our room temperature never went below 25⁰ while being set at 21 by hotel staff themselves. Also, the breakfast is WAY too expensive for what's served...

The hotel was good ,, the room wasn’t clean the bed sheets had stains and yellow spots and the carpet too, the chairs in balacony was so dirty and there was an underwear leftover from previous people who stayed before us and the table was full of cigarettes ,, the housekeeper didn’t clean it ,, and the important point was about the manager hamza he was so rude and not helpful he is the worst manager ever unprofessional and racist ,, but the rest of the employees were very kind and so helpful especially the girl that has red hair color she must be the manager not hamza

The reception staff was so nice at time of check in and have me nice room but the room was so dirty with hair all around and the safe box was not working and took time to fix. Save your self and go somewhere else. The room was unclean, dirty and messy. Tables unclean. Floor appears dirty. Bathroom table needs cleaning. Bath dirty with hair. The place is really run down i was surprised by the ratings of this hotel. I think they really don’t pay attention to the quality of cleaning and over time it got worse. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. However the location is totally ok. If you’re driving keep in mind it’s uphill in a narrow busy street. That bothered me a lot as well. The tv in the room is not smart. You’re stuck with local channels. Etc. bad experience overall. Due to the quality of cleaning. Which terrible. Oh yes. There was some construction happening early in the morning. Very very noisy. Worst thing was. I woke up around 7 am due to smoking cigarettes smell. It felt someone was smoking next to me the whole room smelled like smoking cigarettes. The people who were doing the construction 🚧 have the ability to smoke and continue their construction. Horrible horrific experiences in this hotel

Extremely dirty hotel. Walking in there was a horrendous smell, bed sheets were stained with makeup and what looked like coffee. The chairs were stained as well. The table, desk, and bathroom vanity were covered with dirt almost as if the room had not been touched or dusted for a long time.

I love the parking garage. For that reason alone, I will stay here again. Staff is helpful and friendly. The ice machine was broken. That was annoying. I had to get ice from a nearby restaurant.

Not horrible but not worth it either
So the pictures look very nice and are most likely very old pictures, don't get me wrong the hotel at some point must have been that nice but due to poor management the hotel now looks like that but old, stained and not very clean. The chairs used to be pink, now that are a greyish pink, clearly never haver been cleaned, the carpet is stained... They used metal trashcans and the legs of the tables are metal as well so the carpet now has oxidation stains, the shower has mold... It was not horrible but definitely should have been a lot cheaper since the condition is really far from excellent. We took the breakfast option, and if it were not for some VERY stale bread and CHUNKY milk (what was that?) It would have been very good... However... Both of those things happened so it was very disappointing... Specially taking into account that the breakfast was an additional charge, not worth it, maybe try the Subway sandwiches two blocks away.

For the location and price, this was a super good deal. The best part was how quiet it was ( I was on the side of the building away from the bar.) I enjoyed being able to get a good breakfast onsite. Plus some really nice restaurants are close by. Note that this hotel occupies only the lower stories of a residential high rise.

The room was modern clean and comfortable,the staff were friendly cooperative especially Hamza he was extremely professional and helped me too much,the location is perfect,it was my first time and i will be back again,I recommend this hotel.
