The hotel staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean. The area is a bit far from the touristic centre however it is within minutes by taxi to few shopping malls, marina and the sea. You can take a taxi or a tram bus followed by a tram to the centre. The metro station also takes you direct to Istanbul airport within 20-25 minutes. If you want to try the traditional food and shop where the locals shop then this is a brilliant place to be. The food offered in nearby market was great with many options at very affordable prices. The shops were significantly cheaper probably half the price you would get downtown.

This is the second time we were supposed to stay in this hotel. But when we checked in they told us to go to their sister hotel (tempo airport). The front desk staff was very rude in the airport hotel. He treated us as if we are a burden on him not guests to the hotel (although we did ask for nothing)… he didn’t even say hi back. Very interesting experience and opposite to our last one

they did charge tow night even we didn't spend the night over we arrive very early so they ask us to wait intel 12;00p after that the room was not available for us we do have kids after 10 hour of flight they don't even care we where very tired specially the kids

Overnight at airport
The hotel was clean and comfortable easy journey to the airport by taxi. The staff were most unhelpful with any questions that we asked. The local area was noisy and very rundown we found a cafe to eat but there were no restaurants. Ask for a room at the back the street was very noisy. The air conditioning didn't work.

Amazing value!
My friend and I stayed here for one night as we had to overnight in Istanbul for our connecting flight. Very clean, modern furnished hotel, with free working wi-fi, comfortable beds, food options, and location is perfect. Next to metro to head back to airport or further into the city, and plenty of restaurants, cafes all around. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel, helpful staff and clean rooms.
Great hotel! Staff was super friendly and very helpful with everything. Family friendly, clean and quiet. Since we were unfamiliar with the language, they happily helped us from getting the taxi, giving guests free umbrellas when it snowed and poured rain, to ordering pizza for us and making sure our stay was comfortable. The free Turkish style breakfast was also a nice addition. We would definitely go back.

Fine,short stay hotel
After the move from the Ataturk Airport to the new Istanbul Airport was delayed, we stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It is about 2.5-3 miles from the old airport (About $5 taxi ride) on a busy street. Be careful, there is another Tempo Hotel (Airport Suites) only about 30 meters from this one. Our twin bed room, including the breakfast costed only $71.The room was comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast was very good.Service at the front desk and the restaurant was good. Comfortable, clean and stylish
I stayed at the Tempo Fair Suites during a longish layover in Istanbul. It’s just 3 stops on the Metro from Ataturk Airport and a 10 minute walk from the station. The men at reception were super friendly. My room was bright, stylish and comfortable. My rate came with free breakfast in the adjoining restaurant, a convenient perk. The neighborhood is not as glitzy as Sultanahmet but it’s a convenient launch pad for Istanbul sight seeing for those staying longer.

I think overall experience is good, location is good (10 mins to Ataturk International airport), room is clean, staff are friendly , but my only complaint was the comfortableness of the room, the air condition is sooo weak and pearly making any cold air, when calling the staff they said it is what it is and they can't change it

I needed a close by hotel next to ATATurk Airport for our next day flight to LA. Location is very convenient, literally 5 minutes away from the airport. The hotel staff was very helpful, they guided our taxi driver to their location and was very welcoming! They handed us cold battle of water right upon arrival. Which I thought was very thoughtful. We got amazing Specious room, clean, modern with 2 bathrooms! The only thing that wasn’t ok is the noise. You could hear bathroom shower noises, which was very loud, and next door baby wasn’t happy :(, so we had hard time falling asleep with the background noise. Other than that the place was very nice. We don’t like airplane food so having breakfast included was a plus. I will recommend this hotel, and hopefully you won’t get noisy neighbors though:)

Hotel was lovely.Very close to underground.You Can found any shops,banks,hospitals etc in walking distance.Breakfast was excellent,girl waitresses in breakfast bar are really kind and helpful.Variable selection of food which I didnot expect for this money. Reception was always helpful.Boys Yasin and Hasan and all other staff helped me a lot.Clean rooms,helpful staff and nice breakfast! Five stars

Nice clean and convenient. Near the metro and airport. Some city noise but it is Istanbul, what do you expect.

bad experience this time
Good hotel in general with terrible experince this time as all my stay the elevator is out of order so i have to go up and down on stairs and this cause a lot of problems specially with lifting by bages up and down all the stairs
