This hotel is in a fantastic location if you’re going site seeing. Easy access to public transit, shopping, restaurants, ect. We stayed in room 102. The heater was broken and stuck on FULL blast the whole stay, I believe the room was at 25 Celsius, extremely uncomfortable. Melted my candies. The rooms bathroom has a frosted GLASS door. No lock. Very little privacy as the door has no way to even latch close, it opens up a couple centimetres. The room was clean, given fresh towels and water bottles daily. Breakfast was a typical mediocre continental hotel breakfast. Had to ask for milk for the cereal. Room was clean, no noticeable dirt. The fridge in the room didn’t work? Or was on the wrong temp. Was not cold Service desk staff missing most of the time, they’d be outside smoking, chatting with friends in the lounge or just gone. The shower was nice, good water pressure.

The service was really bad and the room. The bed was damaged was rubbished. Nobody you speak English even when you say hello to them they're not saying hello back it's very bad we didn't like it

There is nothing to like about this property. Rooms Dirty bathroom compact and broken tiles. Air condition does work off and on. Will never stay in this hotel. You can hear noise next door room. No privacy . I would ask for the refund for my stay.You should remove from expedia and other sites .Thanks

Can recommend this hotel
The crew who works at the hotel is really nice and helpful. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The only issue we had was the air conditioner was not working. We got an upgrade a few days later in one of their best rooms.

Most terrible hotel room experience!!!
As a family, we had a very bad experience in our room. No AC was working, room was extremely hot. Technician had to come & go in our room in the middle of the night till they brought us stand fan. They had no courtesy of changing my room. And lastly, don't be fooled with the pictures what they had posted. Very deceiving. Ofcourse in 2016, they were the best but now not to that 3 star hotel standard.

İt was the first time i booked an online accomodation and yet it was a terrible experince the days of my stay were hot and the excellent part of it AC of multiple rooms were not working i changed 2 rooms in my 4 days stay and yet didnt slept almost any night i asked the managment to check it and every time the reply was its ok and when i told them to please cancel my remaining reservation and refund the amount the answer was a big “ No " which was not according to the business noms so my review of this stay is to please dont pay the total amount in advance and do check the size of the room and the AC as well in summers .

The pictures do not look like the actual place. The hotel was on a busy street. The breakfast was a plate, not buffet. Everyone was smoking around the hotel. It smelled inside. The room was tiny, dark and not very clean. The sheets have holes in them. The shower is a joke. It doesn’t have a door. I will not stay here again. And do not recommend this place to anyone. The front desk was not helpful with issues.

Staff was excellent! They did a great job with checking in and at checkout they communicated with our transportation service to coordinate pickup. Staff was excellent! Rooms were small but sufficient, however no shower door and no toilet paper. Air conditioner couldn’t really cool the room adequately. Over the stay was pleasant because of staff and close location to dining and shopping.

Perfect location and clean hotel
Amazing service by Murad and others. Right in the middle of taksim and surprisingly with no sounds or loud music at night. Compact but decent room. Definately recommend for a couple for a short stay

My stay in November 21
Stayed in Senat Pera for 5 nights in November. Except breakfast everything was perfect. Last time we were there in Summer when we had very rich breakfast included. This time it might have been because of low demand period or something else, but breakfast quality and size wasn't comparable to previous stay at all. Cleanliness, friendly staff, location are top standard as always. Still highly recommended for stay, but you can have your breakfast outside with especially low TL rates you can have great one on reasonable price.
