The reception crew are not friendly and there is one crew very hard sell the cruise tour, even we said we just arrived here (evening time already) and will consider later after dinner cuz we are tired and hungry, but he very rude said give us 30 mins for consideration and is like if we don’t buy the tour from him, he will be unhappy. After we buy the tour, he just treat us like nothing. Very rude. Then my sis suddenly sick cannot join the cruise tour, we asked if can cancel one pax and get refund. He called and asked, said cannot refund as they have prepared our food (for 6 pax). But when we reach there and ask for one more food (cuz we paid for 6) but the cruise staff said cannot cuz one pax already canceled. Apparently the food is not prepared yet when we asked for cancellation. So we are paying for 6 pax but only get 5 pax of food.

Dear Our Guest,We kindly inform you that our staff give general information including city tours to guests who arrive to our hotel, our staff do not force guests to buy any tour , they just give information and if guests want then they assisst them to make reservation. Boat Tour company ask payment in advance to make seats guaranty(not for food), Our staff has called them to ask 1 person cancellation but they did not accept last minute cancellation request and you have informed so by our guest. Company has charged as 6 persons but it seems gave you wrong information and service . We could ask them to get refund cause of this issue if you could inform us when you return to hotel. We are sorry for issue you had.With our best.

Excellent location, great value for the money
I chose this hotel (and paid for it) over the one that was given to me by Turkish Airlines for the free overnight stay. The location was top notch since it was in the old city and walking distance to the tourist attractions. The compact room was spacious enough and even though it was street level, I didn't really hear the noise while I slept. Very good water pressure in the shower. An excellent breakfast buffet that filled my tummy for the morning tours. I would love to come back and stay longer in Istanbul and I would stay at this hotel.

Best service in Istanbul
I stayed at 3 different hotels in Istanbul and Peyk Hotel was the best.The young man ,I can't remember his name but he works long hours at the front desk. He is suppurb.Very helpful and seems very honest.

The Daytime concierge went out of his way in so many situations. It was clean, breakfast was great, close to major attractions, very affordable. Would definitely book again.

Our experience with Peyk hotel was good. At first we did not have the best experience because the manager charged us an additional fee due to having an extra person although we selected the option which sleeps 3. Charging is fine, but the way it was communicated to us was in an unfriendly and disappointing way. He was quite rude and not smiling at all for the guests which does not give a good impression for the hotel. He should learn how to be polite. Osman and Ramadan were the best, very kind and helpful staff and wanted to help us with anything they could. Even housekeeping and breakfast staff were nice but unfortunately the encounter with the manager was what stuck.

We stayed five nights at this place its a wonderful hotel clean convenient walking distance to all attractions. staff was amazing gentleman name Ramzan was very courtious and very pleasant to talk so as another young man Adnan was also very helpfull. They set us up with sim card and tours with no issues, the free WIFI was also great we give this hotel 10/10

Excellent hotel, incredible location and amazing staff. Ramazan went above and beyond with all our questions. We had a late flight and we were allowed to have a much needed late checkout. All attractions within 5 minutes of the hotel. Good food and stores around. One of Istanbul’s cisterns with a light shown across from the hotel. Highly recommended!!!!

A nice hotel located close to many of the main historic attractions in Istanbul. Easy walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar, for example. Staff booked us private transfers to and from the airport. Breakfast provided (cold buffet with eggs and sausages on the hot plate). The room had basic amenities including a bottle of water each day and a small amount of tea and coffee sachets. There was a small fridge. Some basic toiletries in the bathroom and a hairdryer. The location of the hotel sells it, although also means it is loud for most of the night/early morning with traffic noise, inevitable in this part of such a busy city. The windows did a little to cancel out some of the noise.

Had an excellent 4 night stay on a solo trip to Istanbul recently. Hotel has a great breakfast in the morning and a cafe is attached to the hotel for your morning cappuccinos!! Hotel is very walkable to all the attractions near by. There are restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff is very helpful with public transportation suggestions.

Location is excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. Went above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Even let us borrow their metro card for in-city transport otherwise it’s a hassle buying one due to language issue. Breakfast was excellent(variety and quality). Highly recommend. It’s very close to most of the attractions. Lots of restaurants and grand bazaar spice market are very close by Breakfast could be bit better with coffee espresso machine but overall it’s great location and great stay

A really friendly welcome to this well positioned hotel. Just a few minutes from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and many more attractons. The room was really well designed (including a bathroom night light!) with a really comfortable bed. The breakfast was was almost worth the price of the stay on its own. They have a good deal on transfers from the airport too which at first I thought was expensive but when we did the transfer, I was amazed it was so cheap. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was a pleasant experience staying in Peyk Hotel in Istanbul. It is a very conveniently located with important activities are in walking distance. Facility is modern and very well kept. Staff is most friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. We stayed for 10 days and plan to stay again in this hotel for our future trips.
