I recently stayed at Istport Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality. The highlight of my stay was the amazing breakfast each morning. Fresh and delectable, it was the perfect start to my day. The staff at Istport Hotel deserves special mention, particularly Sofia. Her dedication to customer care was evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Her attentiveness and professionalism are commendable. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the hotel’s commitment to language accessibility. They make an effort to have someone at the front desk who speaks your language, which greatly enhances the comfort and ease of your stay. The hotel’s location is another plus, being close to a variety of shops and restaurants, adding convenience to its charm. I also found their room flexibility very accommodating. If you’re not satisfied with your room, the staff is more than willing to find a suitable alternative for you. The hotel itself has two distinct sides. The front side boasts spectacular views and vibrant energy, although it’s not the quietest. On the other hand, the back side of the hotel offers a tranquil and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation. In conclusion, my stay at the Istport Hotel was nothing short of amazing. It’s a place where every detail is taken care of, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Convenient location for overnight
I stayed one night here as my flight left early the next morning. This hotel in located only 15 minutes away by taxi. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a mall across the street, and supermarket next door. As it is a busy area, there are a lot of choices to eat. I would stay again if I needed an airport hotel.

Very narrow elavator, quite noisy air conditioning, someone begging his wife in the corridor at 2 am, and you van hear every word of it. Very poor sound proof

Friendly, helpful staff. Transport driver was excellent! Helped me search the whole airport for one of our party who had arrived on a different flight and was not to be found.....found safely. Breakfast was wonderful.

It's survivable, but that's it.
We had three rooms, and problems in each. Hairs on pillows, sinks that don't drain, shower door doesn't completely shut, and so on. Breakfast was okay, thanks to the lentil soup. "Self park" parking is, "Good luck finding a place on the street out front," which we did, even late at night. It seems management simply doesn't care. It's not a good place, but it's survivable. If you were forced to stay there, you could do it.

The staff were so friendly and lovely. They were happy to help with any issues we had and any activities we wanted to book. The rooms were clean and spacious and housekeeping were present everyday.

Close to airport, good for a night between flights
This hotel is a fine place to stay for a night between flights. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel with a good selection. The room was clean, bedding ok. Good shower. Staff offered a service to the airport for 30 euros each way. The 20-minute ride in a taxi costs150 Turkish lira or less, so I recommend the taxi.

We booked a room with panoramic view but all we got was a room on first floor with the view of half of a very busy street and was told that's the only room wiry panoramic view that's available at the moment!! Breakfast was too basic, with not much options available The location was good, both in the city and proximity to the airport, however it is overpriced for what they offer!!

As soon as we pulled up we were greeted, which was good, because we could not quite tell where the hotel was. They are assisted with our suitcase and took and escorted us to our room. The elevator door was a tiny box so if your claustrophobic I highly recommend you take the stairs. We arrived to our room and it smelled must and like mildew. We noticed stains on the sheets and when I pulled down the sheets I found what looked like a public hair on the bed. There we also stains on the fitted sheet as well. In the bathroom there was hair on the side of the toilet and in the sink. There was a used towel hanging off of a hook and used soap in the shower caddy. The towels that were folded, when opened had hair on it and one had stains. We went down to explain to the front desk that we would like clean room. Even though we used a translator (google), they gave us two pillows(which we did not use) and a sheet. We were so tired after a long day of traveling as our flights had gotten delayed by 6 hours, we just threw the sheet on the bed and laid on it. Needless to say as soon as the sun came up we asked for a taxi to leave. I’m disappointed that Orbitz would recommend this hotel and I’m shocked by the good ratings. I have never experienced anything like this. I am still trying to get over the shock. I don’t know if I’ll ever book a hotel through Orbitz again.

The Manager was very attentive, staff too. Value is good for the money. Room was updated and clean w/toiletries. Close walking distance to a mall and restaurants. They also assisted with transportation.

We stayed one night at the Istport Hotel. The room was small and bsthroom was okay. Staff seemed fine. Overall we have no real complaint but the hotel is tired and need of an upgrade. Thr garden / terrace is a few tables and chairs at the side of the street. On the plus side the cost was very low. We didn"t eat there so cannot comment on the food.

The entire staff were helpful- from their management to the cleaners to the bellboy, everybody was wonderful; unfortunately the shower was broken, it was not fixed even though it was reported and same breakfast offered every day.
