Thank you for your review. Actually we list our apartments 100% accurately with floor plans. Our guests can decide if we meet their expectations or not. 7 person is max capacity of the apartment when sofabeds are set with a single portable bed.

Dear our valiable guest. I am sorry to see that we are not the place that you are looking for. But at the same time i am little surprised why you extended your stay with us if you were not happy here. 1) Istiklal Street is 5 minutes, Taksim square is 12 minutes distance. Tepebasi bus stop is 3, Omer Hayyam bus stop is 5 minutes distance. Maybe you tried the wrong ways. Wish you checked the map description link i sent you in the day of checkin better, or asked us which way is shorter. If you walked Taksim Istiklal Steeet 12 minutes, it means you made a big round. 2) The slippers are same that doctors uses in Turkey. Instead of giving hotel slippers, we are providing max quality slippers. I am little surprised how it turned to a negative point first time. 3) We have washing machine and dishwashers. Our guests uses their own detergents for these. And for our guests who doesnt want to buy a full package, we have one shot detergents in our office. I really couldnt understand how it turned to a negative point. If you dont want detergent, you dont have to pay. Or you can buy from market too. 4) There is no elevator as written in this listed page. Your apartment was in 1st floor. 5) As i see from your reviews, i beleive it is your firsr apartment hotel experience. Maybe apartment hotels are not good choice for you. You can check 4-5 star classical hotels to match your expectations. We are not a correct place for you.
