"- Das Frühstück war wirklich schlecht, die ungenügende Qualität als auch die geringe Auswahl (zB. war der Kaffee ungenießbar (instant Kaffee mit Kaffeeweißer, keine frische Milch) und der Orangensaft, war eher ein süßliches Wassergemisch.
- Weiterhin wollten wir ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk und haben dann ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof ohne Balkon bekommen. Dann wurde uns noch ein teuerer Flughafenservice angeboten, anstelle einer ehrlichen Antwort mit Alternativen bzw. Verweis auf öffentliche...
