The location is nearby center of the city. The staffs are friendly, but the breakfast is not rich. Just a few kinds of breads and normal Turkish type of breakfast.

Otelin konumu hic iyi yerde değil, apartman sandim ilk basta sonrasinda da tuvaletler cok kirli ve su taşmış, girmez olaydım. Tavsiye etmiyorum berbat resepsiyoncu dki çalışan bayan hiç anlayişlı degildi. Kibarlik sifir. Temizlik hiç yok. Hijyenle alakali alinan hicbir onlem yok.

Sayın Misafirimiz,kullandığınız lobby lavabosu tadilatta olduğu için kullanıma uygun değildi acil dışardan gelip kullanmak istediniz bu sebeple kullandırdık, Belirttiğiniz su basması ve kirlilik odada oluşan bir problem ise bunu anında fotoğraf ile bize ve rezervasyon kanalına bildirebilirdiniz,Biz de sizin yaşadığınız şayet bu durumu hemen telafi edebilelim.Siz tek kişilik oda rezervasyonunuzda yanınıza erkek arkadaşınızın geleceğini bize söylediniz ve kimlik almamamızı istediniz bu konuda maalesef öncelikle sizin ve diğer misafirlerin ve yasal sorumluluğumuz gereği güvenlik önlemi olması açısından ANLAYIŞLI davranamıyoruz, Saygılarımızla

Never again.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed, I don't think the carpets have ever been changed, totally worn out, very dirty and smelly around and just outside front door. One of the staff on reception trying to make money on the side.., I will not recommend to any one, it's okay if you have low standard of living..

locationwise is fine but it is on a noisy street.
It says free parking, but only 3 car space in front of building, which is not guaranteed to be available. A big disappointment. Noisy and narrow street!

Close to city center and the metro
Its a small clean business hotel. About 20 rooms. Pleasant English speaking staff. Close to the metro, malls and Taksim Square. I gotta great price and definately got more quality than what I paid for. If I come back to Istanbul I will stay here again.

Economical stay with decent location
Stayed at Le Maritime for 7 days. Its a clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center and the metro line. Well worth your dollar at 36 usd a night. Staff was friendly. I will stay again and recommend it business travelers.

Temizlik konusunda bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. İlk gece (02:15'de) odama (No:502) girmeye çalışan birisi uykumu berbat etti. Yanlışlık olduğu söylendi ama bu tarz konulara çok dikkat edilmeli. Banyoda ayna üzerindeki ampul yanmış, değiştirilmeli.

Otelin konumunun iyi olması dışında yazmak için her hangi olumlu birşey bulamıyorum. Oda fiyatına dahil olan kahvaltı maalesef verilmedi ve yalan söyleyen misafir muamelesi gördük. Çalışanları ile ve verilen servisi ile profesyonel ortamın çok uzağında bir mekan.

Su ısıtıcı bozuktu, banyoda kulak temizleme pamuğu, diş macunu gibi bakım setleri yoktu, çarşafların temizliği yeterli değildi. Oda biraz küçüktü. Tek kişi için yeterli ancak 2 kişi için dar.

Türkiyede yaşamanıza rağmen fırsatçılık yapıp oda fiyatlarını dolar ve euro üzerinde istediler. Ve internet üzerinde oda kiralamamıza rağmen kendi fiyatlarını üzerini istemeye kalktılar. Hepsi okadar çok yabancılara alışmışkar ki kendi vatandaşlarını insan yerine koymuyorlar...

Otopark yok. Otelin onundeki 3 arabalik yeri otopark var diye belirtiyorlar. Saraplari inanilmaz kotu. Bunun disinda temiz bir otel ve lokasyon cok iyi.
