All excellent, except the toaster
Everything about my experience was excellent. I have one problem with the breakfast. The toaster is an ancient piece of equipment that should be REPLACES as soon as possible.

Just great. From the friendly staff to the great rooms and design. If you like a modern look, this is your best choice. Great breakfast buffet too. Not one bad word to say about my Favorite hotel in Istanbul. Location is nearby metro and bus stops, and close proximity to the main street filled with shops and cafes.

The area was great and the staff were wonderful and very helpful ( not sure why the negative reviews on them ? Or maybe I got lucky ?) The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 stars is just the shower does not drain so your standing in a pool of water for your shower. I’ve honestly had this issue before with big hotels too so I’m not as fussy with it anymore, just wish they all fix their properties.

We cannot recommend this hotel from any perspective. Our room was not clean, not comfortable and there was a serious and unsolved issue with hot water in the shower. When we turned on the hot water it would go to cold after 20-30 seconds and them hot again and over and over. The issue existed in two other rooms we checked as well. in addition, breakfast was very poor and the level of English and communication by the staff was not very good. This is why we stayed there for only one night out of five. When we booked this hotel for our stay in Istanbul we were under time pressure to find something, and we kind of overlooked or ignored the reviews that were not so good.

The Hotel is located in a very good area and it is close to everything you need. However the room we stayed at was too small for 3 people. The rooms lights are very dark and it was hard getting ready as it was so dark. The breakfast is the same everyday, the hotel should try to change the breakfast every few days. Overall the hotel is good for budget stay.

Nice hotel, great staff and good for shopping.
The hotel staff was great, very friendly and helpful! Room was very clean and was cleaned every day. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water were provided every day. Good modern facilities in rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Made ommlette on request. We had two connecting rooms and an extra bed was provided on request, it was exactly how we needed it. En-suite was nice quality. Security for you room was very good. Additionally, the room was soundproof, which meant peace and quiet for resting. Also, for praying, the Kiblah direction was provided inside of the room. Some good TV channels to watch for adults and kids. Easy check-in and check-out without any hastle. Access from this hotel was also very good as the Osmanbey underground station was just less than 5 mins walk (that is walking with small children). From Osmanbey, it only takes 15 minutes to get to Sultan Ahmet square/Grand Bazaar etc. Plenty of currency exchange offices nearby. Food places, within 2 mins walking distance. Only problem was that in the double room the double bed was too big for the room and mattress was soft for the adults. If they change the orientation of the bed this could improve access to all parts of the room. Keeping spare mattresses (firm/extra firm/orthopedic etc.) would greatly improve quality of rest.

The overall experience was disappointing. Good things: 1- The hotel location is amazing and near to the transportation, and a lot of shops are around. 2- The room service is good and they are very fast. Bad things: 1- We have booked the hotel 1 month before the trip, and we arranged airport shuttle 2 weeks before the trip and confirmed 3 days before the trip. We reached the airport, to find out the shuttle is not there after spending one hour searching for someone from the hotel. 2- The girl working on the reception was too rude talking to us. 3- We reached the hotel at 4 pm and the room was not fully ready. 4- The room had problem and the water was leaking on us from the roof. 5- The breakfast for the last 2 - 3 days was not good and it caused us some stomach problems. 6- The price is expensive comparing to the quality.

Very Good 4-Star Hotel in Istanbul
It is very good and convenient for its cleanness, comfort, and its nice helpful staff. Hotel is few minutes walk from Osmanbey Metro and shopping street where many shops and restaurants are available. The room is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, comfortable bed with bedside lamps, a mini bar frig, and a kettle for coffee and tea. There is a cabinet with mirror besides adjoining shelving compartments. The separate bathroom includes a washing basin, toilette, and a good size efficient shower. The hotel has WIFI and has one small laptop for customers' use. Though it is relatively small, but its standard deserves a rating of 4 plus. I would return to it and recommend it to friends.

Lovely hotel not to far from places
Myself and my fiance arrived at the hotel by taksi from taksim 10 lira. Was greeted by hotel staff who was very polite. The manager kindly upgraded our room without charging extra , as we originally book economy room. The room was very well designed apart from the wash basin in the toilet. Was difficult to wash our face without banging our heads on the shelf above. Bathroom was cleaned and sheets changed on request . Never used the gym ir sauna due to always going out visiting places. Breakfast was very tasty , and plenty to eat. Taksim wasnt to far away about 1 mile from hotel . Many restaurants shops and cinema near to hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay in the favori hotel. Stayed here for two nights with my spouse. Overall, pleasant stay. Room was small, but we didn't spend much time there. Clean facilities and really nice breakfast. Driver was on time to pick us from airport. Location is good if you aren't looking to be right in centre of city especially with the metro station within walking distance. A few things to improve: Expedia advertised the airport transfer fee for 30 euros round trip but the hotel wanted to charge us 70 euros. When we spoke with management they explained that it was an Expedia mistake and changed us 60 euros. That's s big discrepancy in my opinion and not fair to the client. Furthermore, it seemed only a few guests were staying at the hotel when we were there and as a kind gesture for our anniversary (which the hotel knew about), it would have been nice to get a bigger room. It does seem to be a very new hotel and I am sure these little improvements will help.

Très bon séjour. L’équipe est agréable et aide à tout moment. Endroit est plus que parfait et l’hôtel est situé au centre de la ville avec de nombreux magasins, café, il y a un très joli musée près de l’hôtel (Ara Güler Muséum). Mais le petit-déjeuner est pas le meilleur il n’y pas beaucoup de choses à choisir mais la nourriture est bien quand même.
