The worst hotel I've visited, rooms never cleaned, no elevator, very basic breakfast, you'll be forced to pay for extra services, and a high chance of being moved to another hotel. I don't recommend it. Be cautious.

This hotel is pretty nice, near all attractions in Sultanahmed by walking, the rooms are small but very comfortable, has mini fridge, tv, hairdryer, wardrobe, desk and private bathroom, I slept few days ago and I'm going to stay for other 2 nights, the owner is very friendly and tries to help you in everything you need and he can. The only thing could be better is the pillows, I like soft like clouds and they are a bit hard, but in price/quality relationship it could not be better.

The room I was allocated wasn’t the one booked. I end up in a street level room with closed shutters and worker woking and smoking all day before it. Broken shower. Management lied about this being a one day problem. Offered free breakfast but on three occasion no staff was at cafe at the designated time. Was surprised by a mouse in the kitchen cupboard when looking to make myself a coffee as it looked it was self service during the day. A bad experience over all.
