I stayed 4 nights . No one came to clean the property. Fridge was giving error and making warning sound all the time. Informed the property management they came to check but no luck. Bedspread had some stains on them....

Stayed for 2 weeks and had a good time there, the place is not super clean but is acceptable with a reasonable price and the guest’s manager YAMAN was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again

Amazing stay
Amazing costumer service mr abdullah has 5 starts costumer service and very welcoming staff and mr Yaman as well came to see me during the check out to make sure was stay was comfortable, both mr Abdullah and me Yaman have worn welcoming for the guests and I recommend people who wants to travel to Istanbul to stay that , the location is amazing and very safe place to stay , very clean and everything is available , close to the 2 of the best shopping malls in Istanbul , I really enjoyed my stay

I wait for1 hour and 30 minutes to check in and i wait service guy to fix the washing machines which was unworkable since the check in and until the check out they didn’t fix it. I couldn’t find anyone in check out also and i wait for one hour from 11 o’clock until 12 o’clock until the security man come and receive the apartment key from me and checked the apartment if everything is okay Totally the apartment was good but the stuff and the way they act wasn’t good to me the screw my vacation waiting the service guy to fix the washing machine and i was having so many clothes because i came form Malaysia for two week vacation which made my rent apartment with washing machine Thank you

This my fifth time visiting Turkey, and it’s my first time staying in G Yoo residence. My experience was exceptional and excellent, place clean, neat and cozy. Staff were very professional and helpful, especially Mr.Ege & Mrs.Merve. I want to say thank you to them and I would definitely recommend this place and it will be my staying for the next time we I go to Istanbul.
