Dear Valued Guest ,We are all so sorry about your dissapointing experience but you had to be known that NOBODY COULD STAY in a double room as a 3 adult according to rules ! You had booked double room FOR 2 PAX , but you arrived to hotel as 3 Adults ? So you need to book Triple or Family room but you had chosen to pay less and book double and finally you need to be paid for your extra pax or difference for triple room . There were no any over charge attemption by hotel but you tried to have an over service , thats all .Kindest Regards

It is so strange that if you explained us for your negative experience , we could be helped you on time even cancel your booking as a free of charge . But you chose to stay pleasurely but rated as bad ! It is soooo bad attitude ! Kind of you , thanks .

Nothing was unique. Only thing they would provide is shampoo and it’s the worst quality. No coffee offered nothing in the fridge to buy. Safe is bad.

I would definitely use this hotel in the future
Great comfortable hotel, they don't provide iron so had to pay for clothes to be ironed by a laundry service.

Very near to all the historical sites - walking distance. Lots of places to eat. If you need the tram also very convenient. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet. Boiled eggs included however if you ask for anything else like sunny side up then there is an additional cost. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service by the lady at front desk. The property is located in old part of Istanbul and it’s not 4 or 5 star but the service at the front desk makes it inviting place.

Value for money
Hotel that's comfortable, clean and located near all amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. On arriving I was not happy with room by the morning I was moved to a room that made me happy. Management are very accomodating and try to make your stay comfortable as possible. Breakfast also was ok with variety and hot meals changing every 2days. Will definitely return here.

デラックスとは言い難いエコノミーホテルです。部屋は狭く、備品は最低限。スタッフは愛想は良いですがトルコの方は基本的に親切なので普通だと思います。エクスペディアの評価が高いのが謎です。星2つくらいが妥当ではないでしょうか。

personale arrogante e poco disponibile in reception mi hanno fatto pagare 80 lire per una federa sporca mi e' capitato di non trovare asciugamani in camera e letto non rifatto la colazione e' povera e scadente WI-FI debole lo sconsiglio vivamente

It is really not a good attitude ! But it is so kind of you .You were ok till check out and pay for your dirtied pillow and cover ! You made all of the pillows and the blanket stained. It could not be a negative for you that at your check in we had told you about it to cover it by something to protect all staff on your bed ! You could not behave like that ! (If I had a chance , I would be shared the picture of your linens , taken by us ) Please be careful when you are using something which you are not a owner just hired !
