Breakfast could be improved. I was told from Expedia call centre that there is a swimming pool in the hotel but this area and swimming pool is still under construction. Expedia should be more truthful about amenities. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Super sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Eine riesige Tiefgarage ist auch vorhanden für Gäste wie wir die eine sichere Parkmöglichkeit gebraucht haben, aus der Tiefgarage kann man mit dem Aufzug direkt in den Flur wo die Zimmer sind. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, sodass man sich sehr wohlgefühlt hat. Abends hatten wir aus dem 7. Stockwerk eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt Das einzige was mich gestört hat war die Umgebung, aber da wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs waren war es halb so schlimm. Ohne Auto würde ich da abends nicht rumlaufen.

30 Tage im Days Hotel

Das Hotel ist Neu, aber Vorsicht Pool und Spa Bereich ist noch eine Baustelle. Die Angaben stimmen nicht bei Hotels.com. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und das Frühstück ist gut.Wobei der hohe Zimmer-Preis in keinem Verhältnis steht, zumal Essenyurt kein Stadtteil ist wo man Abends raus gehen kann. Leider ist das Hotel-Personal sehr unfreundlich, teilweise frech zum Gast. Die Zimmerreinigung hat mich nach 4 Tagen aufgefordert ihnen Geld zu geben. Die Hotelleitung war völlig unentspannt wenn es um die Bezahlung ging. Obwohl ich direkt bei Ankunft 3 Zimmer für 30Tage bezahlt habe. Leider 0Punkte bzgl. Gastfreundlichkeit.
