My December 2023 Trip
Our trip to Istanbul was from November 29 to December 3. The trip lasted five days, but it was very beautiful. We stayed in the Crowne Plaza Tuzla, a very beautiful hotel, the staff there are distinguished, their breakfast is very wonderful, the workers in the restaurant are distinguished, especially the employee Rabiya and Aysegul, who speaks English fluently. She met us with a smiling face, asking us about our needs in the restaurant and if we needed anything that was not available in the buffet. We thank her for this special treatment. I would also like to thank Chef Ismail for his wonderful ethics and constant follow-up of the restaurant’s customers. Thanks to them all

It is completely opposite of old city. Very quiet and nice lots of food places to eat and do shopping as well around hotel. Food was delicious at yacht club restaurant and Hunger restaurant. Staff is polite and nice. It was a struggle to communicate but they have staff members who speak English.

The Yacht Club restaurant was 4/5. The Hungry restaurant had a nice buffet breakfast 3/5, but the bar was a disaster. My last night there I ordered a Margherita pizza. What I was served literally was mini hot dogs and corn on a cheese pizza. Maybe playing a joke on the American at the bar? I saw a Margherita pizza handed to the bartender which he promptly hid under the other side of the bar. A few seconds later the chef shows up and I told him I ordered a Margherita pizza. Immediately the pizza the bartender hid under the bar was served to me. What a bunch of BS. I'll never go there again.

My staying was only one night I arrived at 11pm there was just two employees only manager he is everything and only one bellhop and valet and everything on my room the bed is broken I asked to change the room they said we will fix it after more than 25 minutes they decided to change my room when we checking out on the morning I asked for the bellhop the answer was I have to wait 20 minutes all that because they have only one employee for the whole hotel.

Great hotel but far from tourist areas.
Great hotel, amazing facilities and excellent service. Lovely strip mall next to it with top stores and superior dinning. Location not desired if you intend to tour around most famous Istanbul's tourist sites.

The view was nice, being close to the viaport marina is really convenient and provides a nice place to walk to. The showers in the room were really awesome! The rooms are spacious, clean, and feel luxurious. Would recommend for anyone who has business around Tuzla.

Seyma was great at the front desk. A really pleasant way to check in. She was very keen to help with anything I needed and spoke very good English.. very friendly staff indeed and nice big rooms and bathrooms. Lovely terrace for dinner or drinks surrounded by little boats .

Möchten uns für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken, es war alles sehr angenehm. Der Service war hervorragend, insbesondere beim Check in und im Yachtclub. Enes vom Yachtclub hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt, sehr netter Empfang und uns hat das Essen im Yachtclub sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren auch einmalig, sauber und modern . Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Flott plassert hotell nært det meste av skipsverft. Mye å finne på rundt hotellet også da det er gå-avstand til shopping og mange fine restauranter. Nærliggende tivoli var der også for de spesielt interesserte.
