Well located, by the river and near the seaside, good to have boats facilities however risky to get into one, you can get injured , rooms are old not an issue but could be cleaner, ,the bathroom was dirty and need general maintenance and it has no ventilation, the bed was too soft and usless balcony. Breakfast was big enough with good variaty, would be better if there is open buffe system. There isnt any meassure to guarantee health protection over COVID-19 not in reception not in waiterness and neither in room services noticeable.

Çok kötü fotolar kandırıyor insanı.

Hiç fotolar ile alakası olmayan bir otel. Temizlik sıfır kılozet kapağı dahi monte edilmemiş çıkıp duruyor odaya bakınca nedakar özensiz temizlendiği belli peteklerin altında tozlar aleni belli duvarda küf var. Odada daha önemlisi su ısıtıcısı yok kış günğnde sıcak bir şey içeyim desen oda yok. Telefon ile istesen resepsiyondan odada telefon sökülüp çekmeceye konmuş. Berbat ötesi gitmeyin arkadaş.

Oda aşırı nemliydi, nem kokusundan ve yeteri kadar temiz olmamasından dolayı çok kötü bir gece geçirdik. Resepsiyona odanın nem koktuğunu ve odamızın değiştirilmesini istediğimizi söyledim. Boşta başka oda olmadığını söylediler ve pencere açıp oda spreyi ile sorunu çözmeye çalıştılar. Klima kumandası istedim yerine kalem pil getirdiler sağolsunlar ve boşta kumanda olmadığını söylediler. TV ünitesi çalışmıyordu, klima olayından sonra onu söylemek bile istemedim. Paranızı sokağa atmayın.

Otel biraz eski olduğu belli olsa da, otelin ambiansı genel olarak güzeldi konumu zaten çok iyi kahvaltısından ve görevlilerin ilgisinden de çok memnun kaldık fakat jakuzili odanın fiyatı daha fazla olmasına rağmen jakuzi çalışmıyordu. Onun dışında mevsimden dolayı sanırım otel ve bölge çok sakindi bu da biraz sıkılmamıza neden oldu.

Ödemenin yapılıp yapılmadığını bile anlayamadılar sistem üstünden. Kliması bozuk odayı verdiler. Fark ödeyip balkonlu oda alınca ne hikmetse klima anında çalışmaya başladı. Bir otelci olarak söylemeliyim ki otelcilikten zerre anlamayan insanlar otel açıp bir de işletmeciliğini yapmaya kalkınca ortaya böyle amatör bir hizmet çıkıyor. Çok yazık.

merhaba,aslında oteliniz dış görünüm,yemekler,restorant bölümündeki arkadaşlar tarafından bakıldığında gayet iyi.Huzurlu bir yerde bulunuyor.Fakat resepsiyondaki bayan otelin tüm vizyonunu yok ediyor.Son derece kaba.Bana 2 oda rezerve etmişsiniz dedi.Hayır dememe rağmen ısrarla diğer odanında ücretini istedi.Başka yetkili kim var dedim.Alper bey dedi.Kendisiyle konuşalım dediğimin 10.dk sında ben işleminizi iptal ettim diyerek Konuyu kapatabildi.Çıkıştada kendisiyle sorun yaşadık.Kısa kesmek gerekirse huzurlu bir haftasonu için tercih edilecek bir mekanda bu tür küçük olaylar can sıkıyor.
