Nice property in a good location. Lots of food and grocery stores nearby. However, the property could be cleaner, and it had sticky tape residue over door frames. Pool and gym are good, and security present all day and night. Always felt safe working there including with my wife and kids being there alone.

I loved the time that I was in the Benesta hotel. Very quiet clean nice apartment with awesome staffs I had great 10 days at Benesta hotel. Great transfer service, clean pool and gym, quite building, wonderful balcony and all you need to feel you are home you can find there. You can get cleaning services for extra charge but also you can do yourself since you have all the tools like vacuum, washer and … at your apartment

Lots of construction noise, mattress was very cheap quality Building and Apartment itself are nice amd clean. They should invest in proper comfortable mattress and communicate with clients if theres any construction or renovations going in. TAKSIM SQUARE IS 15 MINUTES WALL, BUT ITS ALL UPHILL , tiring to walk up.

the gym only has weights and treadmill and bicycle. but the pool is nice and clean, the Sauna was good too. the only thing I did not like was that there was no Pots available for cooking rice. there are only 3 pans.

We stayed 2 bedroom apartment (a couple and 11-year old kid). The apartment was brand new, very warm, comfortable, cozy, modern, stylish and fully equipped. Kitchen equipped very well (electrolux oven, etc.). 8 kg washing machine did great job. A great place for long and pleasant stay. Price seemed fair. The whole building is brand new. We also liked swimming pool, although it's not very big. Swimming pool area looks 5 star, very cozy to be in. Gym was quite ordinary, with few types of machines. We felt very satisfied and and happy with this apartment. Managers were kind and helpful. Thank you guys.

We stayed at Benesta Residence by Newinn for 10 days as a family of five. When we first checked in, the apartment looked nice at a glance, but on closer inspection we noticed dirty towels left in the laundry cupboard, stains on the sofa, and the overall cleanliness wasn’t up to standard. We raised this via WhatsApp (their main form of communication), and to their credit, they responded immediately. A cleaner came the very next day, was extremely kind, and cleaned the apartment thoroughly from top to bottom. After that, we felt much more comfortable and relaxed. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, with an open-plan kitchen, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine, and clothes airer. We had two bedrooms, one with a double bed (felt more like a double than a king) and another with two single beds for the kids. Our youngest slept with us, and there were two bathrooms with showers, which was very convenient. The living room and master bedroom both have air conditioning, while the kids’ room has a ceiling fan and a balcony door that can be opened for fresh air. Towels and slippers were provided, but we did have to replenish items like toilet paper, tea bags, laundry detergent, and kitchen roll ourselves. Luckily, there’s a very handy shop on the ground floor that sells all essentials. The residence also has excellent facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and steam room. We spent nearly every day at the pool, which our kids especially loved.

Nice condo. Nice kitchen, living area and a good bathroom. Be prepared to buy your own toilet papers if you are going to use more that 1 roll. Very poor communication with the host. She was nice but definitely not organized at all. Some of the security guards were flat out rude. I was stuck out of the apartment after midnight because the host didn’t renew my key, even though I warned her that this might happen. My check out was at noon, I got the host knocking on my door at 10:30 asking me what time I will leave. Nice host, but the communication was very poor. The location looked close to taksim, but it is all uphill (very steep hill). I have stayed at couple of other places at my previous visits to Turkey, I will not go back this apartment.

Horrible experience

First, for the checkin I was massaging them whole day to send me the key until last minute, I checked in 4+pm, I booked room with city view, it was not there, they gave me room first fl room with no view at all, no cleaning or changing towels while stay, the receptionist people are nice although they don’t speak English, but they’re willing to help, there is no one to communicate, my flight is late, one day before my check out I asked the guy in the reception I’ll check out 2pm, he said Ok, 10am someone knock the door asking to checkout, told them I speak the receptionist yesterday requested if I could check out 2pm and my flight is evening time, the lady give me number and asked me to call them, I call and lady on the phone shouting and telling that she can’t let me stay even till 12pm, which I can understand but no need to be shouting and rude, this apartment I checked feedback before I book, there is no any reasonlly feedback, is back 2023, after I booked friend was telling me O that property they removed the comments and feedbacks, is shame for hotel.com as well if is true and they letting them to remove the comments, horrible experience, will never stay there again,

Great, 5 star place, super clean, super friendly

The Benesta at Beyoğlu is a wonderful place, comparable to 4-5 star hotel. The apartment was super clean. There was a supervisor on site(Hadeer Othman), who was helpful with any issue 24/7. It’s a huge, beautiful building with security 24/7. The security people were very respectful and professional. There are two markets outside the property, where we could buy bread, fruit and water from. There is a Sheraton hotel next to the property that we went for dining , coffee, and also signed up for city tours. The apartment was almost brand new with everything set up properly. There is a washing machine , fridge, cookware and tea/coffee maker with enough dishes and utensils. Anything we needed, we just had to contact Hadeer! She is super wonderful and speaks perfect English. The only minor issue is the noise from outside. If you get a room with windows to the main road, it would be very noisy day or night if you open the windows. I forgot to mention the cleanliness of the property. All hallways, elevators, common facilities like the pool and Sauna were impeccable. For transportation, download Uber. You also need to get a taxi to go around the city. If you go to the other side of the road and climb up one of the narrow streets you will end up in Istiklal Cad with lots of shops and food. I highly recommend this place . It’s a steal for the money.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt gegenüber einer Schule, mit einer sehr lauten Schulklingel (Musik), das geht ab morgens ca. 07.00 Uhr los, da die Fenster nicht so gut sind, ist da nicht viel mit ausschlafen. Die Anbindung von dort ist eigentlich ziemlich gut, man hat auch alles in der Nähe was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. In dem Appartement waren einige Sachen beschädigt, wie Schuhschrank, Spülmaschinenklappe, Sofa. Es gab keinen Tisch auf dem Balkon, der Stand kaputt hinter der Klimaanlage, dort waren auch noch Hinterlassenschaften von vorherigen Gästen. Grundsätzlich war es aber sauber. Gut war, dass es WLAN im Zimmer gab und auch im Gebäude ein Pool, Sauna sowie Fitnessraum zur Verfügung stand. So an sich kann man sagen, zum schlafen und sich mal ein Stündchen aufhalten, reicht es absolut hin.

Unser Apartment war super weit oben mit genialer Aussicht über einen Teil von Istanbul. Immer fragen ob man weit oben ein Zimmer haben kann das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße mit viel Lärm und 24h Reifen Wechsel Service. Bei Ankunft kommt man in eine kleine Lobby die Leute dort sprechen kaum bis gar kein Englisch. Zum Check In kommt Ozan der ist im Haus der Chef er spricht super Englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Lage : es sind zu Fuß ca 1.2km zum Taksim Platz aber sehr sehr hügelig man läuft fast nur Berg auf. Ums Hotel gibt es Busstops und Taxis. Die nächste Metro ist am Taksim. Im Nachhinein würde ich nur noch Taxi fahren weil Bus fahren ist eine absolute Katastrophe und erstmal den Bus zu finde den man braucht ( Alptraum) wir sind viel Reiser und nutzen immer den ÖPNV aber in Istanbul macht’s kein Spaß!! Haben immer sehr viel Zeit benötigt um zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt aber teilweise nicht ganz fertig gedacht. Es gibt Geschirr aber kein Geschirrtuch und Spülmittel. Im Klo nur 2 Rollen Klopapier wenn man mehr bauscht muss mann es kaufen in den anliegenden Shops. Zimmer sind ordentlich Aber teilweise darf man nichts zu genau hinsehen :) Öffne der Zimmer Tür war cool ging alles über Handy aber will nicht wissen wie es ist wenn man kein Handy hat oder keinen türkische SIM Karte. Pool Sauna und Fitness Bereich war eine 1+ wenig los und alles sehr modern. Wasser etwas kalt vielleicht!!!

Oda tertemizdi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Konaklamamı uzatmak istediğimde boşluk olmamasına rağmen ellerinden geleni yaparak konaklamamı uzattılar. Bir daha geleceğimde kesinlikle yine tercih edeceğim otel olacak..

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zu jeder Uhrzeit erreichbar. Jeder extra Wunsch wurde umgehend umgesetzt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Unterkunft leider direkt an der Hauptstraße mit sehr viel Verkehr.
