At the check-in, we arrived at 9pm, they did not want to let us to our room because they could not receive the payment from Hotels.com
I showed them that the payment was taken from my credit card and told them that they should resolve this with Hostels.com, but the reception did not let us in. We waited for around 1 and half hour. At the end we reached hostels.com by phone and they resolved.
EVEN though we booked a room with two beds, the reception guy gave us a room with one bed and told us he cannot do anything about this. Not even apologies... The room was not the one we booked and it was downstairs. Hotel was noisy Overall that was a horrible experience!
