In the booking I was told I’d receive a welcome gift, free drink and free mini bar. I didn’t receive a welcome gift or free drink and the mini bar in the room was completely empty and was off. It states late check out but I was told by reception staff that late check out is at 12 but this is the normal check out time for most hotels.

Dissapointing in every aspect!
This is a hotel for 1 night stand, that's it's main purpose!! Stained and ripped off bed sheets! Coffee at breakfast is instant coffee and really poor choice of food, only boiled egg available! Loud music EVERY NIGHT untill 1 am at least from pedestrian street. During check in I was given access to a wrong room. Staff almost does not speak English. Room sizes are much smaller than advertised here: a studio is 30 sq m instead of 54 as advertised.

The rooms were clean, the neighborhood was lively, there is the railway line right next to the hotel which is convenient for transportation but you should expect some noise which is a bit downside.

There are two buildings belonging to the hotel. The pictures from the website did not match the room we were given. Had to complain to get them to change to the room we were supposed to check in to. Also, access to cabs is terrible at this location as the taxis cannot pick up and drop off from the front of the hotel. Would not stay at this hotel nor this location again.

Not really clean room, plugged shower cabin with broken door... for my request to fix it I was offered to do it by myself Really poor breakfast But the worst experience - money were stolen from my purse, which I forgot in the room and manager of the hotel did literally nothing to help, even didn’t show up there.... Run away from this place!!!!

Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about my well being. Loads of restaurants in the area and a short walk away from the seafront. Recently restored with all in good working order. A 20 minute taxi ride to Sabiha airport.

Comfortable room on 5th floor with terrace. Smelled a little musty at first, hot better with AC. Plentiful breakfast in owning. Many places to eat around, from touristy restaurants seaside and more local and smaller places s fed streets in. We only stayed one night but would not hesitate to go back.

Yeri Marmara’ya 5 dk çevresinde barlar var ama otel çok iyi çalışanlar da öyle, otelde unuttuğum şarjımı 1 hafta resepsiyonda tuttular sağolsunlar. Çok memnunum yine tercih ederim

şehir merkezinde ve otoparkı yok.Aracı parketmek için 4 tur attık otel etrafında.otoparkı olmayan bir otele var yazmak ne kadar doğru varın siz karar verin. ayrıca açık büfe kahvaltı dedikleri 4 çeşit yanına çay.başka bir şey yok. tam bir hayal kırıklığı
