Бронировал номер с завтраком и цена была именно за номер с завтраком. При заселении представитель отеля сказал, что завтраков у них вообще нет и что цена номера это цена без завтрака. И если нам не нравится, то можете уходить. Искать другой отель уже не было сил. Согласились на озвученные усдовия и решили остаться тут. Хотя и чувствовали себя обманутыми. Номер небольшой. В ванной комнате на стене была плесень. Если окна открытые, то сильный шум с улицы будет мешать. Единственный плюс отеля это его расположение в самом центре

좋은 기억으로 남은 이스탄불 여행..

3인 가족 여행이었는데 창가 4층이고 환한 방이어서 좋고 밖의 경치도 사원하며 무엇보다도 지리적인 위치가 너무 좋았음. 단점은 시설 관리상태, 좁은 욕실, 엘리베이터 없는것이 단점일수 있겠지만 중심부 위치를 고려하면 가격대비 너무 만족스러웠음.

Eu recomendo.

O hotel é simples, mas tem o básico: ar condicionado, chuveiro quente, cama confortável, café da manhã simples. O atendente é muito prestativo e o hotel é MUITO bem localizado. Fica a 300 metros do Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, 500 metros do Grand Bazar e a 50 metros da estação de metrô. Muito fácil de se deslocar pela cidade. Pra quem não se preocupa muito com conforto e quer praticidade, eu recomendo!!

Schlimmstes Hotel

Die Zimmer waren so dreckig. Das Personal war unfreundlich und das Frühstück war kein Frühstück mehr. Um auf Toiletten gehen zu können mussten wir unser Toilettenpapier und die Mülltonne werfen, weil sonst die Toilette verstopft ist (Anweisung des Personals). Das schlimmste Hotel in unserem Leben

Sadece gece uyumak için yatak lazımsa..

Otelde oda içinde ve banyo kısmında terlik yok. Oda kahvaltı var deniyordu ama öyle bir şey göremedik. Hatta sabah saat 9 da biz otelden gezmek için çıktığımızda otel çalışanı daha yeni uyanıyordu üstüne battaniyesi ile . Otelin yeri çok güzel bir yerde. Tesis anlamında sadece yatağınız bir tv bir makyaj masası birde klima var. Bir elbise dolabı ve 2 askı var. Hepsi bu kadar. Çarşaf ve havlular temizdi ve güzel kokuyorlardı.

Görebileceğiniz kötü oteller içerisinde birinciliği yada ikinciliği kimseye bırakacağını sanmıyorum odalarda sabun,tuvalet kağıdı,şampuan vs malzemeleri gidip kendim almak zorunda kaldım. Sitenizde kahvaltı vardır ibaresi olduğu halde kahvaltı olmadığını öğrendim.inanın sitenizden aldığım en kötü oteldir.

Got less than was promised

We booked the room via Hotels.com but when we arrived our reservation was not seen by the hotel. Fortunately, there was a free room still for us and we could prove the reservation with printed confirmation papers. We booked a family room (bigger room with double bed and a seperate bed) but we got only a room with two seperate beds. There was no toilet paper in the room. Shower looked that it had past already it's best days. Otherwise the room was okey, for example good air conditioning. We had to leave early in the morning before the breakfast time. We had contacted the hotel beforehand about this situation and they promised to give us breakfast with us in the morning. We asked about this when we arrived and the answer was only that it is not possible since the breakfast is served only between certain time frame. They also said that the promise was made by a receiptonist who doesn't work there anymore so they didn't want to fulfill his/her promises. So we were left without any breakfast or any compensation. We had contacted the hotel well before our stay about the airport shuttle service. We had agreed the price and the time for the service. When we arrived they offered us only a mini bus service but it started later than we had agreed. Fortunately, we got in time to the airport. Weak English skill, only one young woman could explain something to us. Otherwise we had to deal with the help of waitress of neighbouring restaurant. Plus: Very good location.

Хороший отель, кто едет с целью гулять по Стамбулу а в отеле только отдохнуть и идти дальше - это самый идеальный вариант - 1 цена 2 расположение. Номера в отеле чистые, завтрак порадовал нас (чай, овощи, брынза, нарезка мясная, оливки, маслины, яйцо, джем и булочка - много булочек).

en üst kattaki odadaydık oldukça serin(vantilatörlü) Ayasofya ve Sultanahmet manzaralıydı, oda temizdi, duşlarda sıcak su, şampuan vardı, granül kahvemizde vardı. Odanın tek düzeltilmesi gereken yeri TV yeriydi, yatıyorken tam karşı duvara monte edilmiş tv Harika olurdu. Ama bu da sorun edilecek birşey değil, herşey harikaydı :)
